I dont really know what to review them. The food is always consistently tasty and fast, but Ive had to send a complaint twice because my soda tasted bitter, like some kind of cleaning solution or something. Ive also come home many a time only to realize that they put two half-patties in my double double, which combined had less meat than a single. You sometimes have to literally pull the lettuce out and dissect the entire burger just to find the drop of meat. I dont get why they have to cheap out on us like that. Will I keep coming back? Probably because its 10 minutes from where I live. Would I go elsewhere if I have extra time and its not 1AM? More than likely.

ロサンゼルスのハンバーガーショップといったらここ！ メニューは少ないものの、味がとにかく美味しい！ アニマルスタイル？という隠しメニューみたいなものがあり 注文の際にお願いするとポテトやバーガーに特製のソースを かけてくれるので是非、試していただきたい。 （これがあるかないかで全然、味が違ってきます。） ロサンゼルスの中でもかなりの人気店ということもあり 必ずと言っていいほど並びます。

Every time I go this location ask extra raw onions on whatever I dont get them. I order them confirm at window when pay and agai at pickup. This time they shorted me a fry and both burgers no raw onions. Used call location now speak some idiot in a call center who tells you he will take care of the problem and make sure it dont happen again. Last 3 times I went 1st was wrong I called got idiot in callcenter. 2nd ok now 3rd spoke another idiot who said I will take care problem. when I asked how was told not my concern. So my food is not my concern. Next time if I go back will hold drive thru until order is right.

The line at this location can be a little weird at times. A lot of people come to it unfamiliar with the layout which can cause quite a bit of a bottleneck. While its off on its own, it is next to a shopping center and the line extended back into the loading area of the supermarket. While there are lines painted showing the layout of the line, theyre not readily visible at night, making it worse for the dinner rush. Otherwise, the food of the same great quality youve come to expect from In-N-Out.

You already know the burgers are amazing! What keeps me coming back is the outstanding customer service at this location. Despite the busy location (many high school students and people getting on/off freeway), the service is always fast and efficient here. The quality of food here never fails and I especially appreciate the kind, hard working employees at this location. Everyone always appears genuine and happy to help accommodate any of your dining needs. Keep up the amazing work!

Service was slow, we have been here before when its been much busier And still received our food in a timely manner. It took over 15 minutes to get our order inside when there was no one in front of us ordering. We only ordered two burgers and a shake. Nothing fancy. Tomatoes and lettuce were ice cold which brought down temp of the whole burger. This experience didnt live up to the standard that I would expect from this place.

This In-N-Out burger is slightly better than the rest of the In-N-Outs. Not sure what the magic is; or if they just get fresher ingredients. I and my wife have compared it to multiple in-n-outs and theres a clear difference in taste and quality. Hopefully corporate can figure out the magic and apply it to the other restaurants, and not just try and kill the magic to keep quality the same as the rest.

Its In N Out. If you dont already know then just get a burger and a shake and find out what youve been missing. This location is right by the 405 inglewood exit and gets very busy at night. My favorite order is a double-double animal style, whole grilled instead, extra mustard fried, extra pickles (order it just like that and try it out) with a root beer float.

Even though the line seems long, it seems to go pretty fast. Once I timed it and went inside to see if that would be faster. To my surprise, the same guy that would have been behind me in the car line got his food first! I love it when the fries come out HOT. If you are like me, just ask for your fries to come out HOT and they will! :)

I have gone to this In&out for about 10 years now. Its gotten progressively worse. My whole grill was soggy and falling off my burger which was cold. My fries were hard and cool. I asked for extra spread so I got one packet. Just unimpressed these days. Kinda saddens me. Because I wait in a 20 minute line for regular fast food it seems.

Top-notch fast food experience. From the standpoint of a vegetarian, they are simply fantastic. I can order their grilled cheese animal style, which is amazing, and their fries are decent too. Very cheap, and very fast and professional service. Nice atmosphere too, kind of reminds me of a 1950s diner or something. Highly recommended.

Best service, crappy location. I watched in horror as a man and child were almost plowed down, (dont worry, the dad gave the careless driver a few driving tips) because traffic here is just a nightmare. Tired and hungry we decided to eat here after all. The staff looks like a well oiled rig. Just movin and groovin

Its In-N-Out so you know what to expect. The staff there was really really friendly and nice to talk to. They all obviously work hard non stop. Even when they ran into mechanical problems they made sure their customers were served quickly and kept happy. Food was just as good as I remember getting it years ago.

Burger was great especially animal style. The fries were on the soft side for me and I felt like they needed ketchup and werent that good on its own. But what made this location special was the service. The staff was more nice and helpful then you would expect from a fast food chain.

Went here around 1030pm one night and they were busy enough that you could have thought it was lunch time. The really amazing part though was how friendly the staff was and how much fun they were having with each other. Service was good and we didnt have a long wait at all.

This is another solid location, right off the freeway. Lines can get long here but always move quickly. I suggest parking and going inside - service is fast and we seem to get our food more quickly that way. Pro tip - order the neapolitan shake. Amazing!

Good service but the parking is too limited. Fortunately you can park and walk from the adjacent shopping center. Better to come before or after lunch/dinner rush. The drive thru us already crowded but if you walk in the lines are surprisingly short.

Good food as always. The burger was a little salty and the fries werent as hot and fresh as they usually are, but I enjoyed the meal. I waited about 10 minutes for me order. I think the window was getting the priority, and I went in to sit down.

I prefer 5 guys but you cannot bean In-N-Out for price and friendly service. The car line is usually long but they do a good job of managing the queue with someone taking your order walking the car line. Special order OK, "animal" style and so on.
