This location is quite disorganized. And the food doesnt come out the same as other locations... As if it was cooked differently. Poorly. Also, if you come an hour before closing as I did, they are so evidently busy trying to close down for the night that they no longer offer the whole menu. And the service is slow as half the staff is cleaning up.

Came here on Halloween Eve around 6:30 after work. Needed to pick up a quick meal to share with others coming over for Halloween. There were a few people in line to pick up orders as well as placing orders, however, it only took about 5 minutes for our order to be ready. Chicken was crispy, spicy and juicy as advertised. Ill be back for more.

Ive never had an issue with the fried chicken. This location is busy so the chicken doesnt sit around. The recipe is not over battered like some real home school places. On the other hand, the price of side dishes is Ridiculously high. Seriously, how much can rice and beans cost?

Its crowded, not particularly tidy or untidy on the inside, and the employees always look as if they have been working a 36 hour day. Also theyve managed to forget to give me sauce (even after i paid for extra) on three separate occasions. Im not going back.

OK so theres this FAT girl that works there that looks like she eats all leftovers for the day. I have not met anyone fatter, more rude and dirtier than her. If you eventually decide to go there, brace yourself she spits.

The freshness just wasnt there. I orderd the 3 wing combo and had to throw the drum away on all 3 pieces. My drink was flat as well. The customer service was okay but thats it.
