If I could give zero stars to this place I would. I called today when this place opened and pre- ordered 3 large pizzas for my special education class party which my students earned through good behavior and have been excited for nearly a month. I asked for the pizzas to be delivered at 12:50 p.m. 12:50 rolled around, no pizzas. I thought, okay, Ill give them a bit. I called at 1 p.m. as our class party had started and I had hungry and eager students. The man on the phone sad that the driver was out and it would be any minute. I assured my students it was on its way and let them eat some chips and cookies. 1:15, still no pizza, so I went to the office to see if maybe the delivery was pulling up. I also asked the front desk if theyve received any calls, nope. By 1:20, I was heated because my students have to be out waiting for their buses by 1:30 p.m. At about 1:25, I called again and the guy on the phone said the driver had tried to call the school because she was having trouble finding it. I told him that was a lie because I asked the office. How could the driver not find a public school in Stockton, California? I told him that either he or his driver was lying and hope he realizes that they completely ruined my students Halloween Party. He said sorry, but very non chalantley. He never offered to make it up to my class in any way. Way to Pizza Hut on having incompetent workers that have no costumer service skills and no heart!

The Hispanic little boy who works there was very rude to me on the phone, and the girl who was working with him quoted me a cheeper price and he refused to give it to me. Then I apologized to see if he would be nicer and he hung up on me. Then my boyfriend went to pick it up and they messed up our order. I never ever write reviews because Im a very positive person, I even waited to the next night to see if I was still irradiated by the fact of their poor customer service, so here I am now writing this. Horrible customer service and the pizza fell apart as you picked it up. They didnt cook it long enough. It was just so bad, if I could give 0 stars I would. Oh and the wings we ordered were obviously microwaved, and had little to no sauce on them. It was all bad. They are very lucky Im not calling their boss, or even corporate.

Shift lead on 9/28/2016 at 12:45 pm.. is a down right disrespectful ,unhelpful s.o.b..... Refused to offer a simple explanation to me when i was informed by my nephew they do not deliver to our location, which took me by surprise seeing how its 3.8 miles away, when i asked if he had information on if any other store that could assist he raised his voice in quite a disrespectful tone, yelled at me than that.." like i already told the other flippin guy... Nooo!!!" well the other guy was my 12 year old nephew thats super excited his uncle is hear for his bday befor deployment next month. (this country use to be about helping one another and doing whats right, smh) welp thanks anyways hope the real mangaer sees this

Completely rude over the phone. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait for delivery. After being on a train all day and being the only place to deliver to a hotel at 10 pm I was like ok then Ill wait. .I was laughed at and told I was crazy to wait 2 hours and hung up on. I call back to speak to a manager and got no apology but I did place my order and received it 45 mins later. 2 intimidating looking men delivered my order and never spoke or even smiled. Never again!

Ordered online and waited 2 hours so I called only to be told they tried to reach me which is a lie, I was never contacted, they voided the order cause they didnt have items I ordered. Then they resend it with only the pizza not even my drink that I ordered and the pizza was cold on arrival also they didnt charge it to my card making me call again when the driver arrived. Terrible service never buying from here again. STAY AWAY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD!!!!

The food was good and everything. Except when I got charged 2 times for a meal the manager, Matthew, told me it was my banks fault. When in actuality someone charged my card two times. He denies it still however Im not an idiot. So for anyone else dining anywhere make sure if you arent leaving a tip PUT ZERO on the tip lines. Otherwise people will fill it in for you and try to get away with it!

they double charged my card, and I have proof, when I called in to see why, they had no real explination to give. Told me to call back when the GM Brittney and assistant MG Joann got in. My pizza was also cooked horribly, so this is salt on top of insult. I will be personally stopping by to speak to them as well as filing report with BBB and calling corporate

Worst pizzas Ive ever received from a delivery driver, the pizzas that were delivered to my house are not hot in fact barely warm, very hard to chew through. This is the first time I order from this particular Pizza Hut location. and it was probably the worst pizzas I had in a long time. I gave it two stars for coming in at least on time

Worst place to get pizza. My family called ato get a delivery at 6pm waited for 3 hours, still no pizza. Then my family decided to call to see if our pizza was on its way, the person on the other phone said they came to the house 3 times but they delivery guy didnt ring the door bell??? Never getting pizza here ever!

Terrible customer service. Doors were locked and employees clearly could see me outside. I called the stores phone to tell them I was outside and was immediately put on hold. I waited outside in the rain for 11 minutes. My pizza was cold when they finally let me in. I would have left if I hadnt already paid online.

Ordered a pizza and got a delivery estimate of 1 1/2 hours... on a Monday night. Two hours later it still hadnt arrived so I called them. They had "run out of medium" and cancelled the order without telling me. "uhh do you want to reorder a different size?" No Im gonna order from Dominos dickweed.

I never heard of a cheese pizza with no cheese. No seriously that is exactly what has happened to me. This location of pizza hut is just like a dysfunctional relationship. When it great, its great! When its not then youre sad and questioning your decision in life.

Horrible experience i ordered at 9:30pm and never recieved my food , And then tells me i can get it for free in the mornig but its not gone be my whole order. Very poor customer service i dont know how these people got jobs honestly.
