Ive been ordering pizza hut for years but this time was the last time i will call pizza hut ever...The reason is that my sister ordered the pizza online and accidentally put a wrong address. And well another thing was that she used her account with pizza hut that has her cell phone number and at that time it was off so there was no way for them to reach us. Thats not reason I wont call again..it is that I called them and told them what happened and well the lady that answered me said there was no way to replace the order.Then I thought of ordering again so I did...after I ordered she called me and told me that I could not order anymore because of what had happen...I started to get mad at that point..but I said ok thank you...one second later after I hang up she calls again...she says "Oh but your order was placed so we will go ahead and send it but it will take 2 hours to get there(I live about 5 miles from them) so I told her that I couldnt wait that long..it was 9:40pm at that time....so I told her to please cancel the order....then she told me that if I cancel it I would have a hold on my account and that I could not call there anymore ever...Can you believe this...So basically Im banned from pizza hut just for that small error?...I think this is a very bad service and plus the lady I talk to was mad and hang up on me everytime before I even finished talking to her...I would suggest that you dont call or go to this place anymore...I mean they think they have a lot of people and they dont need more and they dont care about their service or their costumers.

I place an order at 6:45 I called them at 8:20 and they tell me Im the next one out. Are you freaking kidding me, this is ridiculous and NEVER placing an order from them again.
