Placed Order through app told me my order would be ready by 9:10pm got there 10 min before paid & waited for my order to come out it took them 45 min to give me my order, whats worse is that my order was sitting on the counter the cashiers just never bothered checking they were too busy talking to each other and messing around i had to go ask what was going on with my order, when the girl gave it to me she told my that my order had been ready and that i took long to come and get it i told her i had been standing there waiting for them to call my name i showed her my recipe from when i paid so she could see the time i got there after she seen it she just apologized and gave me a freaking coupon.

When placing my order, the cashier kept cutting me off and gave me attitude. I was the only one in line and she wanted to get rid of me in less than 10 seconds. Not so great customer service. After getting my receipt, I sat down waiting patiently and after waiting for about 35minutes, in between the manager made eye contact with me and didnt bother asking if I needed help just quickly looked away. Turns out it had been sitting there but no one bothered to hand me my order, instead all the employees are too busy having conversations. I get it, its okay when theres downtime but still the customer should always go first.

Bad customer service! After several times i told employes and manager about it being really hot inside she said " i cant do anything about it." I couldnt belive she told me that smh.....she than said to speak to corp if i wanted to do something about it.. Wont ever go back.

Music to loud, cant here when ordering, no employees are wearing name badges at all, employees standing around talking, very low grade wings, only half of them are edible, employees in the kitchen have no hair nets or hats on, discuting, bathroom smells like urine,not clean

Its wing stop. What else is there to say, you k la what youre getting when you come here. The place is usually busy because there are a bunch of pokestops around. Having said that, the service is pretty speedy.

I love this place ! Literally, I live by USC campus and this is the only wingstop I go to if I dont come here I wont eat it. Great customer service and perfect atmosphere. Highly recommended!
