Giving 2 stars only because the food is good but as far as service "it stinks!" Went on a busy evening. The cashiers attitude is horrible, no greeting, no asking what i would like to order, just stood there and cant even count, was given wrong change back. There were a lot of people waiting for their food and complaints were flying. One customer even told the workers " whats wrong with you young man! Do you need to wake up!". Then to make matters worst some one in the drive through window pulled up playing loud music and ALL THE EMPLOYEES STOPED WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND STARTED DANCING AND SINGING!!! I was in shock. 30 minutes later i received my food. Horrible customer service!

Tuesday All Day Special: $1 for 2 pieces leg and thigh. Its Popeyes and if you havent had it, its all about the spicy here. I cant help but regret every time I eat here from the oiliness, but the Tuesday Special is hard to beat. On days like these, the line goes out the door, but the service is pretty fast. Most of what makes this place a crappy choice is the parking set up. Most of the time, you have the drive-through queue blocking your car in. Some even succumb to double parking which makes the traffic in the parking lot even worse. Id avoid this place like the plague based on the parking situation alone, but $1 Tuesdays.... ok fine....

The only reason theyre getting one star is because theres no option for zero stars. This is one of the worst Popeyes Ive ever been to ever !!!!! Worst customer service got my whole order wrong then proceeded to fix the problem and got the next order wrong ...shittiest food Ive ever tasted chicken was dry and old, biscuits taste like they were cooked about a week ago everything was cold. Worst $27 Ive ever spent my life never ever going there again I shouldve just went to McDonalds whos the manager do they even have one

The only Popeyes near me, and I love their food, but this place is horrible. Ive been sitting in the drive through, which is very poorly designed, for about 10 minutes without moving. I swear that every single time I come here, they are out of something... either fries, a sauce I want, mashed potatoes, sweet tea, and even spicy chicken. Im not exaggerating at all. Theres always something they are out of every single time I come here. Its the most annoying thing that you would think they would eventually correct, but no.

Chicken is always cooked to perfection and i ❤ the Popeyes brand. I only gave 3 stars because most of the staff Ive encountered are not customer service oriented. They are too busy talking to each other or on their phones to be bothered with the paying customer. I come to this location often and more times than not, there is at least a 15 to 20 min wait in the drive thru. Not sure what the issue is (lack of professional management, training, basic cust svc skills, etc.) but I hope they get it together.

This location has horrible service, every single time Ive been there they have screwed something up. Ive always had to wait 5-10 minutes for my food, and frequently they mess up my order. And seriously, how can Popeyes NOT take credit cards. Its 2010. Ive this place a few chances, but Im done, Ill go to one of the other chicken joints on Lake. Incompetent service and incorrect orders are inexcusable.

What happened to their food? The chicken tenders have a very rubbery texture. For this meal to be about $10, I would think they would serve tender chicken breast pieces. I could buy a whole chicken and have leftovers. If theyre going to charge that much they need to deliver. I let my defenses down again because I wanted to believe it would change but lo and behold, I got rubber tenders again.

always mess up the order. Call to fix it and they never answer and the phone hangs up. When you go there an hour and a half before close they say theyre out of everything except chicken tenders ha! Theyre just too lazy and want to leave right when they close. I love the chicken but this location needs help!!! They always know how to ruin a great Popeyes experience!!!

This food was absolutely amazing!!! I wish I could give 1000 stars. Customer service experience was very pleasant. Surprising this kind of food can be found in a mall food court. The portions were perfect and pricing is affordable. They dont skip on seasoning. Everything is seasoned to perfection. Im trying to fit it in my diet plan to go next week!!

Manager or drive thru lady was rude and told me that my order was correct even though she for got to give me my second item. Then told me that they gave me the second item. I let the lady know that i would not come back from my work just to complain that i didnt get my side. I also asked to be compensated. she rolled her eyes and threw a pie at me.

Honestly go to churches chick3n down the streer they have the same and better meal for 4.99...i got charged 8.60 for the same meal with smaller peices of chicken and also the girl was rude..ignoring me and my girl..when i asked for napkins the girl only gave me 3..and when i said it was a lil she ignored me..trust me go to churches....

Good chicken. Not as amazing as a lot of people seem to think, but definitely an enjoyable meal. Also, my guy at the cash register was very helpful while trying to decide between space and mild. He gave me a small sample to the spicy chicken to figure out if it was too spicy for me. Its not. I would describe it as "gringo spicy."

Food is okay what to expect from a chain, but service wise they have no idea how to work, always long lines and always a long wait to receive your order, twice when I was at the drive threw no one answered at mic, I thought it was malfunctioning then another car pulled behind me and they greeted them took there order.

Note: At some point in time, as I was unaware, Popeyes rebranded itself by replacing the chicken with the Kitchen. Therefore, be on the know that Popeyes menu concentrates on shrimp and seafood and a very small portion is dedicated to chicken. I wish someone had told me..because their chicken is awful.

Very slow service. Granted it was new years eve, but it was 8:45 pm when I arrived and 9:20 when I left with the food. Im not sure what the problem was as they appeared to have enough staff and the customer flow was steady and not a sudden onslaught of orders. The food was good in spite of the wait.

BEEN AT THE DRIVE THRU SINCE 10:00pm WAITING FOR THEM TO RESPOND AND ITS NOW 10:14pm AND NOW SOME PUTA JUST ANSWERED ALL RUDE NOT EVEN LETTING ME ORDER TALKING OVER ME. Only rated 5 stars to appear on top. Very poor customer service to be honest, dis place wack.. chicken bomb doe

Not busy inside at all, no line, two people at tables, one of which was already eating...but took well over 10 minutes to get an order of chicken tenders and fries. Cashier had the driest personality ever, doesnt know how to do math. Horrible experience at this location.
