i called and ordered fries expecting to get some fresh ones, it only makes common sense that yu call an order your food cause yu want it fresh and hot. i get there and pay for it and the guy says hold on there almost done. i watch him walk to the back and scoop some unfresh been sitting for who knows how long fries an bag them up and gives em to me. never comen to this place again. even if my hunger depended on it. my food was ordered an still unfresh an all i wanted was some simple fries that yu could took 3 mins out yo time to cook but i guess. and i stay down the street by the church so its not like it took long for me to get there either. horrible service

First of all great customer service, enjoyed the hospitality! Secondly, yes the seasoning is not identical to the Original Louisianas but I have to say I enjoyed their unique flavor and the seasoning was A-OK to me. I had fish and chicken and was awesome plus the classic roll and a nice surprise with the great collard greens in the side. To top it off the fresh strawberry lemonade was awesome. Great thing I dont drink soda so no need to focus on the soda machine too busy focused on the food and flavors! Love the originality and over all would go back again.

Went and tried again and its true, This place may have the name but it is not Louisiana Fried Chicken anymore. New management is horrible, the people have messed up my order 2 times. Last time I went the soda machine was broken and its been like that for a while they said. They were out of rolls and she went to the grocery store across the street to get more rolls.

Every time Im in the mood for chicken and I dont want to fry it, I come to this location. Food is always fresh and hot. The ladies at the window are friendly. The soul music is abundant. Very pleasant wait for the food while I croon to Marvin Gaye, Earth Wind and Fire, Teena Marie and Al Green.

Great food and good service. People tend to complain about places like this but stay eat at crack in the box or whack Donalds building these business with processed food. At least their foor is fresh. Straight from the bird. No grounded up nuggets. 100% real chicken breast.

My experience here at Louisiana Fried Chicken are the workers ambition of multi families trying to work together as one to build as one. Great food, Hospitality comes a long way. Respect is served as well as best foods. I feel there should not be no complaints of ordesmile

Food cold fries greasy and cold the chicken was old and sitting up for a while disgusting not to mention I had waited for some cold ass food waste my money. Go to the one on MLK and Anaheim they always serve hot fresh always!

Very good food but when I went there, there were 3 small children behind the counter where they give the food and a customer came in with her dog and let her walk on the table... not very clean standards.

This place is HORRIBLE, for 2 to 4 days a week, their parking lot stinks as if the main sewer has ruptered. That stinch made me go elsewhere, NO more Louisiana or Popeyes, they R a disaster.
