Worst Popeyes!!!! I drove far to get my food and when I get home I sit my family down to eat and start taking out the food. There was a HAIR in one of the orders, I was missing a Large Mashed potato side, and I was missing 3 pieces of chicken. I call and ask to speak to the manager, she can barely speak English correctly and her customer service is beyond rude. I tell her that I found a Hair in my food and I was missing food and she seems like she doesnt care, she tells me to come later and speak to the store manager and hangs up on me. Very bad service. If I could give it 0 stars I would....

The people that worked there were ghetto and rude. The customer service sucks. On top of that I left my purse on accident, called up there to see if it was still there and they told me it wasnt so my mom went up there and an employee had it! That Popeyes is the worst Popeyes EVER! They need to go through some training and learn how to socialize and make there customers feel welcomed.

THEY TAKE CREDIT CARDS NOW! Food is good enough, although its best when the restaurant is busy, as its more likely that the food you get will be fresh. I dont recommend getting anything near closing time (10:30) as youll probably get dry/stale leftover chicken. It used to be that this place was cash only, but now they take credit cards. They also have a drive through.

They had us waiting to the side after going through the drive through for our food and we sat for about 20 minutes. My husband finally got it the car why inside they forgot about us waiting for our food.

Order two combos and both side items that come with the combo were wrong. We asked for french fries and they gave us mash potatoes. We didnt discovery the error until we arrive home. Totally a bummer.

I ordered a 3 piece chicken strips spicy. Big box 2sides I got a 3 piece chicken strip regular with one side. Drive all the way to work for my lunch meal is ruined. Please get better customer service.

There was five cars parked in the whole lot and I was made to move to the back because I have a truck. It was late to start. The lot was dirty. The staff was rude. Totally unhappy. Never coming back
