The restaurant is very friendly and the food is excellent. My only complaint is that they do no have an online menu. It would be nice to review the menu online and then call your order in. I know they have menus to go, but they can be misplaced. Also, I have told friends about the restaurant, but they do not have a "paper" menu to review nor an online menu to view prior to visiting. It saves my referrals the time of having to go there to get a menu. An online menu doesnt take much work to put together. Quite simple actually. I would like to see them take the time to patronize their customers as we do their business. Thus, 2 pts deducted.

We used to have to drive to Los Angeles to get good Chinese food. This place saves us the gas, and the food is just as good. I have been eating there almost everyday. They have several specials that are not on the menu, and if there is a Chinese dish that you like the waiter or waitress will ask the chef if he knows how to make it. He usually does and has never disappointed us. We have had three 10 course family banquets with 11 to 40 people in each party so far. The dinners were better than Chinatown! Thank you so much for bringing good Chinese food to Ventura.

We got an order for take out, never eaten here before. Got the food home and looked at it thought that is was not our order so I called and they explained to me how they prepare there food, my fiance took one bite and said "THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT". The food was amazing cant wait to go in and sit down and enjoy the restaurant. Excellent food about the best and so fresh, and this is coming from a guy that used to spend his weekends in San Francisco for many years, Awesome!

this is great place to eat and food is is excellent. the owner is very friendly and I will eat there any time.I dare anyone to find a good Chinese restaurant as good as this one except in LA. or in San Francisco. If this restaurant still open theres a reason why, its good. regarding to the jack A who leave a one star rating, I dont personely drive 10 hours without making a stop to eat something.

Bad consumer service. The four servers just sat at the entry and talking themselves while i was dying from salty fried rice and was needed of a refilled on my water. This place uses salt too literary for my liking and it was very expensive for a Chinese place. 15 bucks for a la carte item. Come on now. i will never going back to this place again.

Very good food, pleasant dining. The food was attractively served and flavorful. Service was prompt, personal, and friendly. I had one of their lunch specials, which included soup, salad, and tea. The portion size was filling and the cost was very moderate. Next time Ill bring friends.

Food was great and well prepared. Our group was pleasantly surprised that they provide both traditional and lower calorie options. Server was a little disorganized hence the 4 rather than 5 star rating. Will return and would recommend this restaurant.

They have traditional style Chinese food with American favorites as well, not like the usual fast food Chinese takeout. Waiters are very nice and the food is excellent with very generous portions.
