This post however humerous is 100% true of my experience on more than one occasion. Literally the worst service and wait time I have ever experienced. The frist issue I will cover is the wait time not only do they claim every day has "game day wait" "so we just can give you the time you will be seated" so you say whatever I like there wings Ill wait. While youre waiting you figure lets walk the mall so you do and you walk around the corner to find two lines of empty tables and youre like well maybe they dont like outside seating or something. Then you look at the inside and there are enough tables to seat everyone on this game day wait. So you go in to talk to the nice people at the front desk who look like chickens with there heads cut off. And you try to explain to these fine chickens that there are open tables and they explain one of these two responses: well we just dont have the kitchen staff to prepare food for all the tables in our resturant. We have to stager for our kitchen. Or the later uhhhhhhhhhhhh let me take a look dude. I seriously doubt that the place that just has to make wings has a hard time producing food. But youre like fine Ill wait. And you do. And normally 30 to 45 minutes later you finally get seated. Only to find that the chickens are also serving you. And now we move on to our next issue the service. So you seat have a seat in the average chairs and you order your drink and in about fifteen minutes you get a drink but not from your server who you seems to have disappeared from the face of the earth. ( and this is just a disclaimer but savor your drink cause its the only one you will get at bww because apparently they are suffering from a soda shortage comparable to the desserts of the sarengedi) another 10 mines go by and youre ready to order even though you where ready 15 minutes ago you are for sure ready now so your eyes go darting for your server. Who you finally notice has been standing staring at the corner of the drinks section. Apparently someone forgot to replace there batteries.so you manage to get youre servers attention by talking to a server with slightly more filled bateries. So you place your order finally after 30 minutes of sitting and youre well at least they staggered me so my food will come out quickly. Little did you know that that you would experience another 30 minute wait for food. At this point the soda us gone and youre just hoping that the ice cubes melt quickly so you dont die of dehydration waiting for your food and you dont know how you are going to eat hot wings without something to drink but thats a problem for 30 minutes from now. So at last the moment has come youre food as has hit your table. The assumption is that your problems are over. Suprise suprise its not you realize that there is no celery or carrots or plates for your eaten wings or the ranch you ordered. So you ask for all of these things and guess what there are multiple cercomstances. They are either out of those things or the classic "Im not your server ask them" or my personal favorite they bring these things at the end of your meal. And then you tip poorly and leave. Knowing you will be back next week for those wings.

I will never eat at this location again. I ordered the 10 piece flat wings. Im dining with my boyfriend and mom and our food comes out... Well their food comes out correct however mine doesnt. So the food is sent back. She comes back to tell me she grabbed the wrong wings. Im waiting and waiting then our waitress comes to check on the table asking how everything is and I still havent received my food. (by this time my party has about completed their meal) so the waitess heads back to see why I havent received my food. She comes back to tell me the kitchen didnt make my order! Where do they do this at??? She did ask me if I wanted anything else however my party is about done. I said I didnt want anything considering my original order didnt get made. She came back to tell me my meal was removed. I stated I hope so considering I didnt receive it. I will give credit to the manager for giving me a discount after I went to speak to her. (she didnt come speak to me) Im from Texas and Ive never had someone not make my food. BTW I eat at Buffalo Wild wings all the time in Texas and never had a bad experience.

My boyfriend and I ate here once and had a bad experience but decided to give it another try, the next time we went was even worse! they turned on all the lights and turned all the TVs off and started putting chairs on top of the tables 2 hours before the restaurant even closed. (I have worked in the restaurant business for a long time and you are never supposed to make the customers feel rushed or like the have to leave especially 2 hours before closing!!!) We ordered an appetizer and they didnt even bring it out until they brought the rest of our food out and they had the order wrong. Not to mention all the employees kept staring at us and talking amongst themselves about us and made us feel bad for eating there!! They were all trying to leave an hour early! It was a horrible experience and very unprofessional. Do not go here!!!!

Love the menu. I also love the sports bar feeling. One thing they can improve on would be to have wireless speakers at each table so that you could ask 4 volume on a certain TV youre watching. UPDATE: I originally gave this place 4 stars ~ but, after returning home and puking my brains out all night, their food is obviously contaminated with something bad. I couldnt sleep the entire night. Also, thinking back on the experience, while the waitress was very sweet, the restrooms were a filthy mess ~ so, its down to ONE Star. I thought I would return ~ but after last nights experience, thats a definite NO! The County Health Department will also be notified.

First time going to Buffalo Wild Wings and without a doubt the best wings Ive ever had. The food is cooked perfectly. The service was great as well. The employees were very nice and when you need something, they provide it to you right away. The place is well clean. Plenty of TVs so you can watch sports and better yet, since they have so many TVs, they allow you to have an option on what kind of sports or game you want to watch and they will change the channel to your choice. It was a great time and I will definitely come back.

This place was great before until they started to be cheap about theire wings. We asked a large size of traditional wings which usually come with 20 pieces but the waiter told us its between 18 and 20 depends how big they are. When i said to him that it has always been 20 pcs, he said they reduced it to 18 last month but its been less than a month that we went to another buffalo wild wings and they gave us 20 big pieces with not any issues. anyways he did bring us 18 very small pieces. Our todays visit was so disappointing.
