The service is outstanding - they are very accommodating and will rearrange the tables for your family if need be and bring your kids crayons. The food tastes just like it does at high-end restaurants in Thailand. Its very hot though so its best to go light on the spice. The entrees are a good size. The wine list is good too. The prices vary quite a bit; you can spend from $9 to $17 for a main dish - so you can have a fairly inexpensive meal or completely splurge. Its full most nights so its best to make a reservation.

We arrived at 8:40, had to wait 5 minutes to get attention, were told that a table would be available in some 30 minutes. We said we were going to wait, then, after another 2-3 minutes the waiter came back and told us with a broad smile that it was useless to wait because the place was closing at 9 (even though the website says 9:30). It seem that there are some employees that dont want to work at this place so well wait some time till we try it again.

We ordered take-out from Bai Tong for 12 people. We were told to come pick it up in 2 hours which seemed awfully long. We picked the food up after two hours. Our house is five minutes away so it didnt take very long to take it home but most of the dishes were totally cold. They gave us a HUGE amount of rice (we ordered rice for 10) but the dish portions were not generous. I dont think well use them again, at least not for take-out.

Awesome, authentic Thai food and some of the most courteous, attentive service Ive had. You might wait a little longer than the average restaurant for the food to arrive, but it comes to the table piping hot and incredibly fresh. They use a 1-10 spice scale, and if you get near 10, they mean business. I get 7 and it is quite hot, my wife gets a 3 or 4 and that seems good for folks like her who dont like overwhelming spice.

Amazing Thai food - best in the area. Excellent service - very attentive and accommodating of special dietary needs without question. Hot is very hot - so beware. Its a hidden gem in Saratoga, reasonable prices, so you need to book - it can be hard to get in without a reservation - particularly on nights where the Mountain Winery has concerts. One of the most reasonably priced places in Saratoga. A bit of a hole in the wall, but excellent food and lacks the outrageous prices that most Saratoga downtown restaurants indulge themselves in. A caveat - when they say spicy, they mean spicy. I usually order spicy or extra spicy at other places, but over here Id stick with a medium unless you know what youre getting into.

Food was okay. They forgot to mention that medium means "ridiculously spicy". Food was good however prices are very high relative to other Thai restaurants. Of course this is located in downtown Saratoga - so its high rents - so not a great place for takeout - definitely nice for sit-down dinner.

We have been going to this restaurant for years and always enjoy the food. The spices are yummy! We also tried asking for less sugar. They thought we would not like it, but it was great! We do not eat sugary foods, so everything without sugar tastes sweet to us. This restaurant is a treasure.

My ALL-TIME FAV THAI RESTAURANT. EVER!!! Curries are awesome, soups are awesome, noodles are awesome. EVERYTHING IS AWESOME!! True, you might have to wait, but the wait (and the price) are worth it. They take reservations only, so you might want to plan ahead.

There were 2 other parties waiting outside for them to open at 5; always a good sign! Everything we had was excellent; best Thai weve had in the Bay area. Trust them when they say their food is spicy - 5 is very potent (and Im used to spicy food).

Best thai in Saratoga! Super authentic, spicy, and tasy food here. I almost never get anything but the yellow curry, but I can bet that pretty much anything there is fabulous. Service is good, not memorable, but still nothing to complain about.

Hmm... Slow service, and lots of details not quite right. This one was 9/10 (spicy), that one was 5/10, or was it the other way around? Really, everyone else sees 5 stars? I missed that part. Felt like 3 to me.

Best Thai food. Somewhat slow, but extremely friendly service. The peanut sauce dishes are really unique, the Pra ram, and goong Pra ram. The fresh spring rolls and soups are also delectable.
