I love this cafe. The staff is friendly and the coffee is organic, strong and delicious. This little place is a diamond in the rough. Its size and location on the quieter part of Main St allow you to avoid the crowds (i.e. Urth Cafe, Coffee Bean etc) and still have a great tasting cup of coffee. It also has a kind of European coffee house feel to it which is cool.. Overall Im really happy they opened up down the street from me.. Ive been waiting for a good alternative to Starbucks and Coffee Bean for a while and this is definitely it. I hope theyre serving up good coffee for years to come.

The best coffee in Santa Monica. Head to Head with Intelligencia. The beans here have a unique and floral taste with a touch of the deep nutty flavour you get at Intelligencia. The interior is a good intimate size and gets nice natural light as well. The prices could be a bit lower. NO coffee shop should charge more than $2 for an espresso. All the other drinks are priced well though.

3 friends and I stumbled upon this place on a trip up the coast. We have been in a lot of coffee shops and I will say that this place is up there. All of our orders were delicious and quick. The atmosphere and the associates are very nice. Clean bathroom too.. (you can tell a lot about a place by the bathroom.. just saying.) Great job!

Servers not too friendly; Im not saying they were rude, they werent, but they could have been friendlier. The coffee, both the regular and the espresso were not really good, and particularly acidic. The pastry with "nutella" had a layer that was so thin which was barely noticeable it was there. I am not going back.

Love the espresso, I think its better than Intelligentsia which I also love. (Plus, no long line) I buy my beans from them, 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters. 45 minute validated parking is convenient for this neighborhood

Great coffee! Fast service! Very nice people. The pastries were wonderful too! If I remember correctly the coffee is organic, fair trade, single origin. The coffee was so good no sweetener or cream was needed!

Excellent coffee, friendly staff, and good pastries. The line does move a little slow sometimes, do probably not the best option for those in a hurry - excellent otherwise.

This has quickly become my favorite cafe in all of LA. I am hooked. I live on the eastside (boo) and I get super pumped when I get to stop in when Im in the area.

Great mocha lattes and other coffee drinks. Handmade with care, tasted really good. Pastries were also good. Close to the beach for an easy walk there or back.
