Excitement rules when visiting a new place or a new location of a favorite chain... ...and the letdown is more severe, too. BANG! This store crashes down into the pits of failure right off the bat. If Starbucks Corporate is testing for their lowest possible level with this one, then theyve succeeded. I think when I talk with the Store Manager I will suggest, "You dont want to address the boatload of negative Google reviews, do you? Of course not... ...so heres my advice: dont. I cant stress enough how accurately bad they are. Instead, your best move is to quit. Now. Go away. Hit the highway. Get out of this job before these reviewers, every one a customer, run you out into traffic clear into the next county. This location is an embarrassment to a fine chain. Its shameful...and enragingly so.

Came here a little bit past noon and i waited at least 25 mins to get my drink. After waiting 15 mins i purposely waited just to see how long it would take them. It wasnt until I approached the cashier and told them I had been waiting that long. I understand its lunch time or what ever but have more than two baristas working on the orders. I guess dont come here during lunch hours.

Everytime i get a drink from this location only the drink cups are always dripping Carmel and chocolate there so sloppy like there counters stay dirty , countless times I stained my shirt while on my way to work. I complained to the manager but no change. Bring a spare shirt and ask for alot of napkins to do there job and make sure you cup is clean before setting it down.

The WiFi here is horrible. I was updating an app on my phone with the wifi and it says I was getting 18kbps ! The service was okay but I felt I waited a little long for my drink. Overall if youre coming here to study and need internet, go somewhere else. I know I will.

They lag with orders they served 4 people that were after me when all i ordered was a tall choclate chip frap and the other 4 people had venti teas and drinks and im pregnant waiting there it was very messed up smh.

Very busy place. Long line drive thru and inside. Waited 25 minutes for a drink. Even though I live 2 minutes away, I would rather drive down the street to the other starbucks and get the drinks in a timely manner.

Its so dirty... I wish people would clean up after themselves. I was there 1 HR Max and it wasnt busy and no barista walked around to clean the store, so sad.
