So disappointing I have to give Euro Caffe 3 stars when there are so many great experiences from other reviewers. Keep in mind, I have been a few other occasions with stellar service but this time around, I left unhappy. Euro Caffe is located on corner of Bristol and Sunflower across the street from South Coast Plaza. Its a very small coffee shop cafe with both indoor and patio seating. I came in with a friend to grab something sweet. There were quite a few interesting dessert selections but we ended agreeing on the "Oreo Cheesecake" and "Puff Cream Filled Pastry". The cashier was very sweet but as I had questions about our selections, the server rudely interjected from the back saying "its on the label". Really was that necessary? This definitely made us feel rushed and took away from the evening out with my friend. This type of behavior should not be tolerated because it gives a dissatisfying impression on customers. Before this happened, I was thinking this looks like a great place to bring my laptop or read a book while enjoying a quick bite and some coffee. But if this is the type of service I should expect, I better stay away. As far as the desserts, they were both good! I enjoyed the presentation of the desserts and both were packed with loads of flavor. I am at the fence on whether, I should return. I mean customer service is a huge part of a dining experience. With so many different coffee shops offering delightful dessert options, I might not return because of the rude server. It just ruined our perfect evening.

Not a bad option if youre looking for a place to eat after 9pm. Its a stand alone place facing the parking lot and Ross. I came here on a Saturday night after 9pm and the place was packed. I quickly snagged a table inside and pulled chairs from outside to fit the 4 of us. We had a teamwork thing going as some were in line to order for the group, while some of us guarded the table. Our group ended up sharing 2 crepes (French Revolution and Kiss Me), cannoli, and smoothie. Although the crepes have different names, essentially they tasted the same and have more or less the same ingredients. I liked how both arent overly sweet, generous in portion, and lots of fruits and nutella! The only difference between the 2 would be the types of fruits included (strawberries vs raspberries/blueberries). The cannoli lacked a "wow" factor, not sure how long its been in their display case. The smoothie wasnt bad, not too sweet either. Service was lacking, but I understand that it was busy and only 1-2 people bringing food to tables. I wiped down my own table and I brought in my own chairs so that my group can feel comfortable. Final verdict is that I cant say that this is my 1st choice, but Im willing to give them another try.

This place has an amazing menu, so I really like this small place! My favorite was a "Moka Blanco" but unfortunately, they do not serve it any more. I can say that I have tried almost every slice of pies and sweets here, which were great! I have had the Italian Job Crepe which was excellent, and of course some of the grilled Panini and so on. The location is a plus being in a shopping center, there is not parking problem, it is cozy and nice with easy, listening music, it thrown me back to my years living in Germany. Now this is what I do not like. Number one, the tables are always sticky and with some small pieces of food (greens) from the previous costumers, so the tables were cleaned fast but not in the right way. Second but not less important, As a business person sometimes I want to get away from my office and sit in a coffee shop, drink a cup of "Le Vanille Latte" and finish my job there, but it seems to me that they do not want customers sitting there for more than half an hour. I ordered a second "Le Vanille Latte"; it was served in a disposable cup. I hope next time the tables are clean and I can sit there for more than thirty minutes without any pressure to leave.

Perfect brunch/lunch time cafe! I ordered the Big Ben Waffle and a Nutella Latte! Nutella Latte was great. very sweet but the espresso taste is still there. It wasnt over killed by the Nutella and steamed milk. Big Ben Waffle! I can eat 10 of these... they are that good! Waffle, strawberry, banana folded in a waffle.. can life get any better?!?! It was loaded with whipped cream, and I LOVE whipped cream so that was a plus! The service great and it was quick and efficient. Pricing is regular coffee shop/cafe price- very reasonable. The already-made pastries looked very good too. Next time Ill try the tarts and tiramisu!

O local é aconchegante e com boas opções de lanches um pouco mais saudáveis e bebidas à base de café. Havia parado apenas para um espresso, pois estava sentindo falta de um café "de verdade". Depois de passar algum tempo tomando apenas o café Americano, um espresso é revigorante.

My fiance and I come here almost every day and at least get a large Java chip frappe, if not more. We also order a lot of food for take out. They dont always get our order correct but the quality and taste of the food makes us always come back. Also, the staff is very friendly and make up for their mistakes by giving us free drinks and gift certificates. We both are very loyal customers and hope they never close down!! Would recommend this place to everyone.

5 stars for the food. Service is always a hit or miss. Most times we go,food takes a while to come out. Today was fast so thank you! One thing we wish it that we could be greeted with smiles and good customer service but this location definetly doesnt have their whole staff well trained in customer service. There are a few employees who are nice but overall they just seem unprofessional or untrained for customer service.

Not only is the drink and food here wonderful! The staff is a great help. My 22 year old daughter takes my 13 year old daughter there once a week to work on homework! The staff always make sure that they are sitting somewhere where they have an electrical outlet and good lighting. They always go above and beyond! A small spot of peace in an area of chaos. Well worth visiting.

Got two drinks here an Iced coffee, and a Iced Nutella laté. The staff where all friendly and helpful. The iced coffee had a great initial taste but was a bit too acidic. The Iced Nutella laté was great however it had a good chocolate hazelnut and coffee taste without being overly sweet.

Euro caffe seriously surprised me. Coming from a guy who never tips, I have come to my senses because of this place and I now tip. The service is great BUT the FOOD, THE FREAKIN FOOD IS DELICIOUS!!!! If you try this place, try the bacon breakfast crepe, you wont regret it. Its bomb!

I almost dont want to write this review since I want this place to remain a great little secret. Despite the small cafe-only appearance, the food menu is actually pretty comprehensive and excellent for any meal of the day. Coffee and food are great!

Quick efficient service and consistently delicious food everytime! Reasonably priced as well! I have never been disappointed in all the times I have come here. Rather, I have always left with a sense of fulfillment and well satiated appetite.
