Demanded a second purchase to meet their minimum per table, then charge a convenience fee for the second charge since it was under 5 dollars The thick toast had hair on it. There was a better coffee shop here last time I was in town, hopefully there will be a better shop here next time I stop by.

I thought Oku 1 is just OK! This is a big and spacious place thats good for studying or hanging out with friends for a drink. The milk tea isnt bad, the boba is sweet and chewy. The only downside for me is the price, it was like $4.30 for a small size.

Decent portion sizes for a meal without having leftovers. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is the waiting time for food. Definitely dont come here if youre in a hurry. Or, at least come in knowing that youll be waiting for a while

A decent place with decent drinks and foods. The latte is on the light side for me as I prefer a bit stronger coffe taste, but thats just my personal preference. However the honey grapefruit green tea was very good.
