I just visited this In-N-Out location at lunchtime. I was in the drive-thru on the right side. I clearly ordered a "4 x 2 protein style" and a regular cheeseburger. As I watched, The car in front of me "HANDED" a protein style burger back inside the restaurant. The person working the window looked and me, and we kept looking at each other. I watched him as he took that protein style burger back in through the window, take it to another station and put a cheeseburger inside a box with a lid. He said, "you ordered a "triple protein style and cheeseburger". I repeated, No, I ordered a 4 x 2 protein style, which was indictated on my receipt and I was charged for. I was not able to get back into the parking lot to go inside and let the manager know because there is only one way in this place and one way out with a car already behind me. So, when I got back to my office with the box, there was that triple protein burger and a cheeseburger. This was the same burger that was "handed" back through the window by another patron. Isnt this a "health" issue ? Im not looking to get the guy fired but he clearly knew he gave me the wrong item, said nothing, and did not fix it after I repeated what I ordered or give me a refund for the triple burger instead of the 4 x 2. I understand they are busy, but I just dont think food should be handled by a patron and then taken back in through the window to be served to someone else and the ordered should have been checked BEFORE it was given to anyone.

Go to their website and check out their "secret" menu if you dont know about it. I always get an Animal Double Double, no pickles with extra grilled onions, well done fries, and a Strawberry shake. Super crispy and crunchy fries, however, its not always well done like they should be. Sometimes they only come out medium, so give them a try at least 3 times until you get the real well done fries! Tried their 3 flavors of shakes. Their strawberry shake is really exceptional! The other flavors are only okay. Truly the best price per performance burger joint!

Had a long day after 5 hours at the ER. At the drive through, I missed the order window. I guess Nick, one of the employees during midnight shift, saw me having a hard time backing up so he promptly went outside, walked towards my car, and personally took my order. It may be a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me because I was dealing with a sick wife and 2 famished kids. I apologized for the inconvenience I caused and told him Ive had a long day. He was very understanding and polite. In-N-Out Burger should hire more people like him!

This In-N-Out location serves terrific food and has a courteous staff that In-N-Out is known for. Unfortunately, this is an older location with only outside seating and the drive-thru area is so small that it consistently blocks the street. I usually have to get in line in the drive through on Lambert Ave or on Palm Street. No matter which In-N-Out you go to, I highly recommend a Double Double Animal Style with Chopped Chilles and extra lettuce and tomato. Trust me, its amazing!

It took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru with only 4 cars in front of me. I ordered the #2 combo animal style burger and fries. When I finally got my order the fries were cold and spilling onto the burger. So really hard to eat the burger because all the packaging was soaked in special sauce. With only one napkin in the box it was very difficult to make sure everything didnt get all over my truck. Never going back to THIS In n out ever again.

The food is phenomenal, the prices are wayyyyyy reasonable, and the service is all you can ask for out of your team. Ive been coming here for 4 years now ever since i moved to Fullerton and Ive never had a problem. The only downside is location. Sometimes the drive thru lines are so long that you hang out into the street. Makes me nervous that one day Ill get rear ended. Other than that, i highly recommend this establishment

Drive thru and walk up only. Long lines means that sometimes your food will be lukewarm at most. You can complain and ask them to fix it but you will hear a lot of groans behind you. Customer service will mail you gift cards if you call the number on the receipt if its really bad, then you can go to another INO to try your luck again. I love these burgers to death (mine probably) and it really bugs me getting cold food.

Was pretty crowded at 4 pm on a Friday. The drive through has two lanes yet cars were lined up on the street. It took approx 15 min to get to the window but they were unable to find my order. I had to wait an extra three minutes at the window for them to make my three cheeseburgers. The quality isnt as good as the in n out near my work.

The food is good, as it is 99% of the time at In n Out.... But the drive-thru and the way traffic spills out into the street and over the intersection is unbelievable. Even to get into the small parking lot requires you to partake in the madness. Best bet is to find a parking spot on Lambert and then walk to the In n Out.

They always have excellent service, well-cooked food, and a relatively speedy line despite the ridiculous lines they get. They have never messed up an order for me (and I have eaten here probably over 100 times in my lifetime). Also, the value for their food is a bargain!

Food and service is very good and prompt. But the drive thru needs to change. Either they make it a dine in restaurant or change location in la habra. Sometimes the drive thru is around the curb. But nonetheless, food is very good and service is always friendly.

I have been to many many in n outs but this one is the best. The burgers are more tastey. The location is a bit crammed. Although they have left and right window service many times you are left on the road waiting to get in parking lot...SOOOO WORTH IT!

In n out is always bomb. there is no going back. recently had a 3 by 3 and was stuffed real good. There is never anything wrong with in n out as the workers are always friendly with great attitudes and the animal style burgers are always to die for.

Sat in the intersection, illegally, for at least five minutes and three full cycles. I wanted to park the car on Lambert and walk up to the window but my husband wouldnt oblige. Stressful experience. I cant wait until they revamp the drive thru.

If you havent tried In-N-Out, you have to at least once. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is this particular one always has a long line of cars and sometimes is difficult just to get into the property.

Workers were Friendly but That was all that was good. Fries were DRIED OUT AND COLD and Hamburger was nothing to get excited about. With all the Hamburger Choices around Ill most likely not go back to in-and-out!
