Taco Tuesday on a Wednesday? Phsssh how about Tacos Errryday! Yes Ladies and Gents what you just heard was correct! Did I just mess with the laws of physics? I am pretty sure Im just being over dramatic about this but I guess Im just a rebel like that. Yes, Taco Tuesday has it perks but you can not confine my desires for Tacos to just one measly day. Thats where Super Taqueria came into play. See do not come into Super Taqueria with "Super" high expectations because this place can be a hit or miss. It just depends on the day you come in. Just think of it as if you were going to see a Nicolas Cage movie. 90% of the time you come out disappointed but there is that 10% that seizes to amaze you. I always have to give them props hooking it up with the avocado. They always have generous portions and I always come out full. The meat on the other hand (like I previously stated) can be a hit or miss. Some days they season it just right and other times the meat was very bland. Also this establishment is cash only but they do have an ATM inside. With all that being said Super Taqueria is alright in my book!

Hands down my favorite Mexican to-go food in San Jose. My favorite item is the Giant Super Chicken Burrito. I usually get it crispy with lettuce, which is nice because not all places let you customize a burrito like that. The salse here is what is really special, they have a cart with salse, onion, limes, etc. no charge. The food and pricing are great, but it can get really busy, 15-20 minute wait sometimes around lunch. It is also really loud (music, people, cooking) and there are always people peddling goods outside.

My husband and I got chicken super giant burritos which were very cheap compared to other super burritos but mediocre. The rice was very salty and either a little stale or undercooked. It was hard rice. The refried beans and chicken were awesome. I got a bean-only (no meat) tostada which was amazing. Same for the plain quesadilla on a flour tortilla. I think the moral of the story here is get anything but a burrito here and its probably awesome.

This is my favorite place to get lengua burritos or Cabeza tacos! The staff is incredibly friendly and will make the food however you would like. It can get pretty busy but the wait time is nothing for carry out. I usually avoid chain resteraunts when it comes to particular foods but this one is top notch, they definitely know what they are doing.

I dont know why but this place reminds me of my grandparents home made cooking. This is the place to relive that experience and the staff is very friendly and serves quickly. I gotta give it 5 stars.

Its not the same (maybe they changed cooks or recipes), unfortunately the chicken tacos and chili Verde burrito messed my stomach up. I dunno if its the meat or sauce- sorry will not be going back.
