This is a great place in the FiDi for lunch. It has different stations with the options of hot entrees, salads, sandwiches, soup, and pastries. My coworkers and I came on a Friday afternoon around 12:30ish and the place was surprisingly not too packed. We waited for about 5-10 minutes before it was our turn to order our salads. I like the fact that you can totally customize your salad, with your choice of size, greens, toppings, meats, and dressing. I would recommend the small salad because the large is pretty big and filling. Each salad comes with 3 toppings, but I think they are a bit stingy with the toppings. Most of the time, I felt like I was just eating the greens... I also ordered the spicy chicken with my salad, but it was kind of dry. Next time, I will probably just stick with veggies. The lady who made my salad accidentally gave me the large size instead of the small, and I didnt notice until after I paid.. so I pretty much just had enough appetite to eat half of it, leaving the other half to go to waste. The best part of the meal was the FOCACCIA BREAD (of course). It was freshly baked, soft, and flavorful. It was a bit oily though, but I could eat that ALL DAY EVERY DAY!! I would come back just for the bread.... :)

My new favorite lunch spot. Review is for salads ONLY. Fast, fresh, cheap, and keeps me full. Dont be scared if theres a line - it moves pretty fast and at least gives you more time to decide :) The base small salad is starts at $5.75 which includes 3 toppings (a variety of veggies and cheese). Its a decent size and keeps me full enough. If you add meat or fish, its an extra $3-4. If you get a large, its $7.75. Im still trying to figure out what my favorite combination is. I always get the lime vinaigrette though! I like how you can customize it to your liking but wish they had more ingredients or at least put a full list on the board since I see some stuff in front that is not included on the list (such as sunflower seeds, cranberries, quinoa!) Be wary that they are heavy on the dressing. If you want LIGHT or MEDIUM dressing be ready to specify VERY clearly. Also, be sure to emphasize what you want loudly. Everytime I say peas, the lady thinks Im saying beets. I need to say green peas. Last time I asked for brocolli and peas and she gave me walnuts and beets. Derrpp. Its ok, still love em. Grab bread and butta on your way out! Their wheat bread is yummyyyyyy.

My favorite and freshest salad spot in the financial district. Beware, long lines if you go during the lunch rush. Actually the salad bar always has a line but it moves fast! These workers are awesome and so attentive. I always order my own salad with includes spinach/arugula salad mix, topped with marinated tofu, beets and red peppers or edamame. Sometimes I add in their lemon chicken with light balsamic dressing. Their spicy chicken is also to die for and I occasionally order their mac n cheese from the hot food area. Great lunch spot on the go with fresh, tasty ingredients!

Warm, fresh, tasty sandwiches at lunch and a plentiful array of other options (i.e.: fresh side dishes). I can always find something for my mood here, whether a salad, soup, sandwich, or entree. The daily sandwich is the ultimate way to go - without customizing it except maybe without onions on certain occasions - as the meats are piping hot, fresh, and very tasty. The special treat is the free, fresh buttery focaccia near the cashier to take back to the office as an afternoon snack.

Focaccia is a solid lunch stop downtown with a good variety of options and fresh ingredients. They have a decent sandwich station where you can build your own sandwich, a salad bar and an entree section with a few different options depending on the day. The pricing structure is easy and affordable and the food is good. They also have focaccia bread to grab as you check out. Good, easy lunch option.

awesome sando - but you better know what you want or you will get eye rolls and mowed over. If you have ever lived in NYC, the Speak up or step out attitude wont phase you. terrible service, but an awesome sandwich. I have been at least 45 times, so i know the drill.

Focaccia is one of my favorite lunch spots for a quick sandwich. There are two lines (one for salads and one for sandwiches), so choose your meal and youll be able to create your own with either choice. You can also grab a free chunk of bread when you pay.

This is the best breakfast burrito Ive had in the city. Its off the menu now that theyve merged locations, but if you order it from the grill theyll make it! Get it with bacon, sour cream and avocado. Their mac & cheese is also to die for.

Best salad downtown, lots of awesome choices for toppings (my favorite is when they have caramelized pears). Im a pretty big guy and I can hardly finish the large salad. Great and friendly service.

Really good for a sandwich or daily specials. The lines at lunch tend to be long. Try to come at off peak times. The salads are awesome because you can basically make your own and they are huge.

Very good and reasonably priced food and excellent service. If you spend >~8.5$ for breakfast you get free coffee and fruits.

Pinnacle of downtown lunchtime efficiency. Salad line is quick and reliable. Their bread is free and greasy and delicious.
