First disappointment, a Mexican bakery with employees that dont speak Spanish. Second let down, the bread is stale and old, it may look like Mexican Pan Dulce but it CERTAINLY does not taste like it. I bought a Rosca De Reyes there last night, mainly because I had no other options at that time (because I had already tried their sorry excuse for a Pan de Muerto) and discovered that they had the most expensive roscas. I got home and everyone cut themselves a piece only to find NO plastic holy babies inside. Not even one. This place may be popular among white folks but they should change their name to "Failure" because there is NOTHING Mexican about their bread.

Your source for fresh, high quality Mexican pastries and cheap too. They also host pop up meals, and sourdough and bagels. If you are in this up and coming neighborhood be sure to stop in.

A bit pricey, great presentacion on the pastry, but when you eat it the taste is so dissapointing, i rather walk a few blocks to Bryant and 24th St to La mexicana bakery, so much better.

Not just a bakery anymore, as other reviewers have noticed. They host a pop-up restaurant and often have a tray of fresh tasty FREE BAGELS Mondays around 10 AM. Yummers.

Fun self-serve style bakery with plenty of options. The service can be slow, but it has an authentic atmosphere and good price point.

Bread looks good, but when you taste it is not very well. The alfajores and cookies are very salty and has a horrible taste.

Fresh Mexican bread with a great variety. Also offers a section for seating for drinking house brewed coffee and tea!

Great selection of treats at pretty low prices. Definitely a place you have top stop by at least once.
