ZERO STARS! Wow! Dont ever come here especially if Amaya is working! She is so completely rude! Ive never felt less valued as a customer in my life! I came into this location with some friends and ordered the usual and she did not mix it very well... My friend asked her to please mix the ingredients and she looked at her with disgust and asked if she ate some and we hadnt touched it yet because it wasnt mixed which to me is the whole point of cold stone. She then flopped it down and began mixing it with an attitude and just being a snob. She sloppily placed it back into the cup which was dripping and dirty all around and handed it back as it was. My friend and I were so surprised and upset. We went outside and decided we just wanted our money back. When I went back in she would not approach me or even look at me, her coworker who saw the whole thing looked at me but they both proceeded to help one person. After he charged the person and Amaya got on her phone I was helped. He asked me if I wanted it remade and I just wanted to get out of this establishment by then. No apology and after I complained about her service she still rolled her eyes and laughed at me with her coworker when I stepped out.

The girls working in there were rude......also.......I ordered one of the wonder woman promotion mixes. Was supposed to come in a waffle cone.....didnt get the waffle cone.......was supposed to come with a ring for my kid......no ring. And they were rude when I addressed it.

Ok, I might be a unique case, but I feel like the happiest baby when I walk in there and buy my small cup with blue cotton candy and marshmallow icecream! Its not natural, not healthy, not the best icecream ether, but I love the emotional side of it! :)

Good, customizable ice cream. They always give us weird looks when we ask for Oreo pieces to be mixed in with the Oreo Creme ice cream, though. Its a good place to get some ice cream after eating at one of the many restaurants in Liberty Station.
