Ordered bread sticks 1 hour ago. Had to call back and have them remade . They were bread sticks that were reheated, had holes all through out it and burned and already cold by the time I recieved them . I called back and the young man that answered the phone gave me attitude and after i asked him for the owners number he offered to make me a fresh batch.

Very friendly owners that came from a different Pizza Factory. Pizza factorys pizzas are OK flavor wise but Ive had better elsewhere. However, Ive always paid much more. The owners here at the San Andreas Pizza Factory take great pride in the pizzas they make for their customers and will do whatever that can to make you the best pizza they can.

The staff is clueless and their personal hygiene was unbelievable. Their "no frills" moto is quite an understatement. Took 1hr and 13 mins to get our food. When It finally did come it was undercooked and not what we asked for. Which was hallirous because we were the only ones there.

They seemed like they didnt care about there guest.the team members acted like they were doing you a favor to get you something. The food was very bland as well. I will not come.
