Much more than a pizza joint. Its a small, local chain of sit-down restaurants with full bar, some nice extras on the menu, and they happen to have the best wings in town. Located in the heart of Folsoms Historic District. This location is spacious restaurant with several seating sections, including patio and the glass enclosed fish bowl room, just below street level. Pop-jazz soundtrack playing, featuring stuff from Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble, etc. Reasonably priced wine list, good service and excellent pizzas make this a great spot for a casual dinner. They also have another location, at the Folsom Palladio Center. Good for groups, birthdays, or just a couple.

Terrible. Our server never checked our table, the crust was flaccid, zero taste from the pizza sauce. First and last time. Round table is much, much better. Even the Italian sausage had zero flavor. Am so shocked how bad the food was. Beautiful restaurant; not at all for dining.. The screaming babies and the parents ignoring them made it more like a pit stop on the highway. PARENTS: it is not okay to let your babies scream in public, nor is it natural. It is disrespectful to others though. Please, fix this food aspect. Folsom/El Dorado hills needs good restaurants, not more bad ones.

The manager name Pete or something like that never gives any indication of authentic compassion for my wifes health issues and seems to claim we make up fallacies about it when we ask for special preparation of our food. Ill never go back and suggest you never spend your money on food that supports companies like this that care about one thing; their bottom line. I would never let Pete work for a company I owned. It tells you a lot about the owner.

We really enjoy coming to Chicago Fire in Folsom and we are looking forward to the opening of the Roseville restaurant. We have never had a pizza from Chicago but what they serve is yummy to our family. I especially like the crispy thin crust. The wings are dynamite, too. They have the perfect fry on them and come in a nice range of heat. Our waitress last visit was so sweet and she made me a mean basil lemonade.....loved it!

Приятное место, очень вкусная пицца. Обслуживание в целом хорошее, но официант принёс нам воду со льдом, тогда как мы просили без льда. И на нашем столике не было приборов, нам их так и не принесли.

Will probably never find out if the Pizzas are any good. Went there last night and they gave me a waiting time of 40 min. Thought I would wait after having heard so many good things about the place. But couldnt get a table even after 1hr and 10 min when I called it quits. Thought I got passed as well which makes me wonder if they really did not like my name. Like I said, will probably never find out.

Not ever have I left without a smile. My favorite restaurant of ALL time. Food, service, and atmosphere ALWAYS on point. I lived abroad for 5 years, and couldnt wait to come home to this place. I recommend to everyone I meet, have all my B-day parties here, and currently drooling thinking about it... I know what I am having today for lunch. Vegan options too that are yumm.

i went here for my nephews birthday. the food tasted ok but out of a party of 9, 5 of us ended up with food poisoning.. it was horrible. I know they were busy when we were there but to top it off, we had to keep flagging someone down to refill our drinks. i have eaten at another one of their locations and did not get sick. not sure if i will dare to try this location again

We love Chicago Fire pizza. The Folsom location, however, we stopped going to after giving them a few tries. The service was slow, not at all attentive, and our food took longer than the other locations. Customers should not have to chase down staff for drink refills. Our family goes to the Roseville and Sacramento locations, but no more chances for Folsom.

Its decent pizza and a decent bar. The Staff is pleasant and helpful which is a plus. We ordered the deep dish pizza which isnt really deep. Its more of a normal style pizza that has a little extra crust wrapped up the side rather than being a deep dish pie style pizza Ive had at other Chicago style pizza places. Its worth checking out.

The pizza is very good. But beware if you are ordering the deep dish. I was shocked to find out that can take up to an hour if it is busy. I mean, bring a board game or phone it in 30 minutes early. Oh yea, the atmosphere and staff are good to. Just dont be caught off guard by the wait for the pizza like me.

I have been going to Chicago Fire since we moved to Folsom in 2011. We have always loved it. The experience is wonderful and the food excellent. Since they have expanded their menu I have loved it even more. We have a many pizza restaurants to choose from here in Folsom and I will always choose this one.

We went here last night for pizza and it was great. Actually were sort of regulars, especially at their new location at the Palladio. Anyway, we had a thin crust pizza with cheese only (I know, boring) and it was great. The server was friendly, which is what I care most about, and he was prompt too!

Thin crust combination pizza is perfectly made with not-too-salty mix of ingredients. Big size is just about what you can expect for the price and quality for the whole family. Cook time is reasonable. Customer service is pleasant. Ambiance is nice. Parking can be a challenge.

I havent eaten here in a few years. I feel like they must have changed ownership or suppliers! Pizza was very bland. Pepperoni very lackluster. So many better pizza choices in Folsom. Too bad cuz its a great location on Sutter street. Sorry to say I wont be back!

Good ambiance and service. Deep dish pizza was good. Having lived in Chicago for years and eaten the real Chicago deep dish pizza regularly, I can say this one doesnt compare, but it is still a tasty attempt.

I thought it was decent pizza, but it wasnt as fabulous as everyone makes it out to be. I definitely would stick with the thin crust pizzas there. If you want deep dish, go to the place next door.

My husband prefers this Chicago Fire instead of the Elk Grove location. He likes the service and deep dish pizza here. Overall the service is great here. He goes here for happy hour mostly.

Terrific pizza and the almost constant full dining room shows that. No complaints here, just not an every week place to visit for me - it is a little on the spendy side for pizza.
