Our first time, we were with my children and grandchildren, they ordered first, and we ordered last. They were served, and we sat watching them eat their pizza for about 5 minutes, thinking, it will be anytime now. We kept looking over at the workers, but no acknowledged us. So, we finally spoke up, and asked about our pizza. They did not put the order in. So by the time we got our order, everyone was finished. They did, however, give us a coupon for a free pizza. My second time, I just wanted to order their Carmalized Pear Tea, that is delicious, I stood there for 3 minutes, no one looked at me, did not say a word, I got very frustrated, and just stormed out. The pizza was very good, and their iced tea and lemonade drinks were very good, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT! ! IT IS VERY RUDE TO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE A CUSTOMER! WHETHER YOU ARE BUSY OR NOT OR IF ITS YOUR JOB OR NOT! YOU SHOULD ALWAYS MAKE EYE CONTACT OR ACKNOWLEDGE A CUSTOMER WHO IS WAITING! !

Great experience at Mod Pizza! The atmosphere is friendly at the counter The pizza is a make your own or choose one from the menu I liked the pizza better than Blaze. The pizza is very good There were enough ingredients on the pizza instead of asking for more. I didnt feel like I was part of an assembly line only to be pushed along. To top everything off there are milk shakes and rootbeer floats on the menu! ....and beer and wine.

Great pizza, the "Mod" size could easily be shared between two adults. Service was friendly, and prices were reasonable. Its "build-your-own" pizza style, with plenty of toppings to choose from. The crust was excellent: thinner, slightly crunchy on the bottom, perfectly toasted on the top, with a great wood-fired flavor. They do have a small selection of decent beers on top. Very popular, even on a slower Sunday afternoon.

This is the best fast-pizza ive had. Everything about Mod is awesome, the food (obviously), the neat boxes, the service, the lemonade, the ice, and even the STRAWS!!! Honestly, the straws are amazing, so durable and well-built. Come here and be amazed by the straws (and everything else)!!!!

Great Pizza and its a "build your own" style so you cannot get a pizza you dont like. If you dont want to built your own you can choose from a large Pizza menu. All their decor shows a strong support of local community and area schools.

Friendly helpful staff. Good pizza made the way you want it. Lots of items to choose from. Good prices. The pizzas come with big slices that are a little hard to manage. They will cut it with smaller slices if you ask.

I love MOD pizza. It is like a deli for pizza. You tell them what to put on it, as they Pake it in front of you. Then pop it in the oven. There is no limit to how much you can put on the pizza it is the same price.
