I used this store because it is close to my work, so rapid pick-up idea sounded good. Well, they are constantly ripping of customers or simply do not care. Few months ago I ordered a soup and got a fork and a knife in the bag, but no spoon. Well, after I got back to work with my bag I do not have enough break time left to drive back an "fix the problem" as they promise on every receipt. Same as most of people who use that rapid pick-up option on brake. Panera Bread workers are widely abuse that fact. Few days ago I ordered Whole Steak & White Cheddar Panini. It came out, they forgot to put cheese there. Everything in but one of the key component it was named after. Well. Im working in the busy environment as well, so it happens I thought. Today I ordered same panini with few changes: I changed brad, cheese and added bacon (cheese and bacon for extra charge!) What I got? They always cut it in half. So half was OK, and the other half had just onion and sauce on it. With all extra charges? Im done with Panera Bread! And in particular with their store on 2731 Del Paso Rd, Sacramento, CA! I do not have time in my life to fight with them! There are a lot of other places where I can bring my earned money to purchase lunch for a day.

I really like panera bread, but the customer service was HORRIBLE today! From the moment I walked through the door with my first time guest, we were poorly greeted by "Shelby" who was too busy looking elsewhere and picking her nails to pay attention to ask, what size drink we wanted, what side we wanted with our you-pick-2s, and couldnt find my panera card which I located online after I sat down. Highly upset.

They were testing out the new kiosks for ordering when I was there and the staff was very pushy about using the kiosks. I wanted to look at the overhead menu to see everything at once, and they kept redirecting me to the kiosks rather than just letting me look. I nearly walked out, but got take out instead. It was ok, but I think I was sorted by the customer service experience to appreciate it.

This is the closest Panera to my home, so I love the convenience. However, they also always get my order right, have a friendly staff, offer spacious seating (some other Paneras feel a bit cramped), have my Rapid Pickup orders ready on-time every time, and (of course) serve delicious and nutritious food without antibiotics or artificial stuff. Whats not to love? :-)

My wife and I were looking to find a place to eat lunch. We wanted to eat something light, healthy and tasty. We decided to come to Panera and we ordered our food. The most amazing thing that we found out, is that we were able to order from the kiosk in the lobby! It was so much easier and simpler to do than we thought. Thanks Panera!

Lots of seating and good Internet. Service is usually a little rude, kinda like the servers dont really want to work here and dont like seeing customers come in. My turkey half sandwich had old lettuce with black on the edges and they barely even gave me mac-n-cheese, but still healthier than fast-food, I guess.

its 21:15PM and it had said it closes at 22PM but when we got there here(21:15) doors were locked, was just going to get takeout too. Obviously someone was also sitting in there using their laptop and eating their food. Drove 18 minutes to get nothing SMH ✋

Came here to get lunch and just my unlucky day, the person serving me was a complete idiot. She took 10min to take my order and didnt knew which button to press. The wait afterwards was also very long! Worst experience at a Panera location ever!

Panera is always a great go to option for quick and relatively healthy fare. We love the "You pick two" menu option. The mac n cheese is delicious! Great to pair with half a sandwich. This location is a good stop before your flight at SMF.

This is one of my favorite cafes to visit for breakfast. Michelle and April are always happy to make my food. Theyre super polite and even offered to help cater an event we were having. I love the Asiago Bacon Egg and Cheese.

I am hooked on Panera. I have been selected to receive a free bagel every day this month. And its not my birthday month. Lots of drink selections and Ray especially likes the cold self serve coffee.

I like the variety especially with their "Pick Two" soup, salad, or half sandwich. Sometime things sound better then they taste, so if you find something you like I would not stry too far.

Barely gave any cheese for a grilled cheese sandwich. Was out of plain white bread. Was semi-friendly and clean at least. Give more cheese, thats what the people want.

This location sucks, the food is good but they forget items in your to-go order. Always check your bag before you leave THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU UNLESS YOU COME BACK.

Overall, a clean restaurant with decent sandwiches. I like to get the grilled cheese and tomato soup to go. You get croutons for the soup, and two pieces of bread.
