***Buyer Beware*** I am very unhappy with my experience here, i bought a "brand new" hookah which turned out to be previously used when i checked it out at home even though while i was buying it the employee insisted that it was brand new and "they just come that way". Since the place was dimly lit when buying i wasnt able to see that there was residue from use inside of it in multiple places and the glass was chipped in a few areas. When i then called back to inform them of the situation they were not able to reasonably accommodate me for my trip out to their store in any way stating that "all sales are final" and that they would be doing me a favor to do anything past that. The thing about this situation that i am most unhappy with is that the employee blatantly lied to me in the store about the product i was receiving. On a side note they also didnt have any of my favorite flavors. ***Also the owner said "she" but i am not a she, the owner is referring to my friend not me***

First time to the place last night visiting from out of town . I walked in and purchased a booth. I went back out to charge my phone in a friends car and was denied entry back in . I explained The situation that my phone was dead. The staff and security was totally unprofessional. I will not ever go back again. I had to catch a 50 dollar cab ride back to north Natomas because I did not want to ruin the night with friends that were already inside night.

One of my favorite hookah spots to go to. They now serve alcohol there but there is a entrance fee of $10 per head and they open from 5pm till 2am. It does get a little busy so try to go early cause then u will have trouble finding somewhere to sit. Ppl are nice there and will share their couches with you. They also have a live DJ playing and a dance floor incase u feel like getting your grove on hehe. Very much worth going to

Hookaholics is the best place in South Sacramento to smoke hookah. The owner, Wes, is a great host every time. They honestly need to be promoted more often. Compared to the other hookah bars I went to; they are fair with their prices and the atmosphere is amazing! When they moved to a bigger place and added the dance floor I never thought I would see that many people in one place before. I love Hookaholics! Must go!!

Worse hookah lounge experience! Terrible service. Absolute disappointment with the service of this venue.Whoever was taking care of us forgot proper set up of the hookah. Had to get up multiple times to get service since they did not check back with us after we paid in advance for the three pipes. We had to ask for more coal multiple times. Not worth the price.

OMG! I loved it, great customer service the music was wonderful. I liked the different music artists they played. Dance floor was nice and colorful and lights up also, nice people everywhere! If your from Sacramento or visiting I would suggest you visit and have fun. Step out of your comfort zone and go turn up at Hookaholics.

Cool ambiance they have concerts too. Live Dj on Fridays and Saturdays. Check out social sites for deals and events Instagram @hookaholics_hookah_lounge. They have pool table and light up dance floor which is super dope. They also have vips too if you want your own section. 2 thumbs up!!!

I love Hookaholics they are super nice and they always have fun events Friday and Sat. Hookah is delicious and service is on point. I saw live performance from Rj which was dope!! Definetly the spot to be at!!!!
