I brought my wife on her 55th birthday to enjoy one of her favorite entrees, Ahi tuna appetizer and Ahi entree. The restaurant was her choice on a big birthday. She enjoys the way it is prepared and it was what she was looking forward to. The waiter took our order, then came back later to tell us we have no Ahi. No reason, just we dont have any. I didnt want her to be disappointed on her birthday. We ended up with no appetizer. I didnt call a manager over to question why, I just wanted her to enjoy her birthday. I find it hard to believe that on a Thursday, the restaurant would run out of a popular appetizer, so early in the evening. Very poor management of food on hand by the kitchen manager. Also not informing staff to not take order for food you do not have. She settled for the salmon but it was not what she came here for. I sure didnt think I needed to call and make sure they arent going run out of what you want. I cant redo her birthday meal. Signed; Sad husband because my wife was disappointed on her birthday.

Cheesecake factory is a place you go to A F T E R you eat at a good restaurant. The Cheesecake is amazing, the food is absolute crap. The only redeeming quality is the large menu but what good that is when everything they make is crap? I ordered the orange chicken, my girlfriend the chicken pasta. My chicken was so dry and tough I almost choked several times while trying to swallow what my jaw grew too tired too chew.. My girlfriends pasta was mediocre at best. For the price you are getting absolutely ripped off. Im pretty sure the chicken was pulled out of a freezer bag. We both agreed our homemade pasta that we put together for $8~ made the $18 plate we paid for look like something from a fast food joint. Once again, Cheesecake is great. It blows my mind a place that charges $17 for orange chicken can actually bring out something thats been cooked till it was dry? Come on, how can they screw up chicken?

Clean, super great service and friendly. Parking is next to impossible at times....so theres a minus. Top of the line food and SOOOOO MANY CHOICES!!! Ive been here a few times now and every time has been great! With one acception... DONT get the appetizers Ive had here; lettuce wraps, firecracker egg rolls, and CRAB CAKES... One of their cooks likes a LITTLE TOO MUCH SALT and if you typically dont eat salt, or have a problem retaining water, and especially if you have heart problems this is definitely not something you need to be eating. Send it back if you dont like it! Nothing wrong with that, just dont be a heel about it and quit expecting to get FREE stuff bcuz youre spoiled. Not every establishment should be so giving... but that doesnt mean you cant change your mind POLITELY.

Went there to celebrate my sons 18th birthday, his choice. The food is always great, but our server wore her dislike for us on her sleeve. She took her time greeting us, menus finally got there, being kind was an afterthought for her. There were only 3 of us and we were there for close to 2 hours. I dont want to use her name because that is not my style. I realize that losing one customer will not make a difference to the Cheesecake Factory it is a super busy and popular place, but I definitely wont be going back there again for any reason. She did bring my son a piece of cheesecake at the end with a candle in it for his birthday, and forced out the happy bday song , so I will give her a star for that. Attitude is everything!

I havent been here in years and now I am wondering why! My group of 4 all ordered very different meals and each of us was very pleased. It was very busy for 4:30 on a Friday but there wasnt an awfully long wait for anything. The food was better than any other local chain restaurant. Nothing was microwave-quality like most places these days. Hours later and my husband is still talking about how good his Hibachi steak was. It was cooked perfectly, even the mushrooms were delicious and we dont even like them, normally. And of course, all of the cheesecakes were worthy of a cheat- day dessert.

I arrived when they just opened, 11am, so no waiting. Have enjoyed delicious food each time Ive dined here. I got the chicken burrito grande which includes a side of black beans, sour cream, and cubed avocado. It was great, the only thing I didnt care for was the red sauce poured on top the burrito, the taste didnt quite match with the amazing burrito. It took at least 15 mins before our server noticed we had finished our meal, but that would be the only reason I dropped the star rating from 5 to 4. I would recommend, and plan on going back.

Was seated far away from everyone else, next to the kitchen, probably the darkest spot in the venue. Ordered from the under 600 calorie "Skinnyliscious" menu, got a turkey avacado sandwich wich had 3 thin slices of avacado and a giant tomato. Server asked if it was okay if the sandwich came with salad (as in the menu). Menu didnt say that the sandwich was basically a slider on a bun the size of a kings hiwiian roll. Salad was limp/soggy, the only saving grace was the deliscious cheesecake dessert.

Inexpensive and average food, but the name of the game for this restaurant is that everything looks better than it actually is. Wouldnt recommend as a place to bring a date for this reason. For other occasions it is a perfectly fine place to eat. Service is always lovely and involved, be that a good or bad thing. Beware the extremely large portions and copious amounts of plastic and styrofoam they use to package your leftovers.

Me and my wife go here often, the staff is extremely accommodating, and the food is pretty good. Obviously, the cheesecake is phenominal. Each time that me and my wife have gotten pregnant, she has taken me here and had them decorate a piece of cheesecake ("Surprise, youre a Daddy!") to tell me. It can and usually is very busy, so expect that.

I went here by myself for lunch about a year ago. The service was a bit slow but it was pretty busy. I had the shepherds pie which was pretty good. I also had their anniversary chocolate cheesecake. It was a little strong tasting for my tastes. Normally I love the cheesecakes I have there though. Also kind of pricey but its usually worth it.

I always love the service at cheesecake factory, top notch, food was a bit average this time around , i ordered the egg Benedict and husband the California omelette which had too much garlic in it and not edible, my husband didnt like it and said he wont be back but for me i still love this chain and enjoy the service and overall atmosphere.

The food there tastes very good. Everything we have tried so far is excellent whether brunch food on Sunday morning to dinner to dessert cakes. It can get busy after 5pm and wait times can be in excess of 20-30 mins on Friday or Saturdays. Prices are reasonable. They even have happy hour on the weekdays before 6pm
