Shady Coffee & Tea is hands-down the best coffee shop in the Sacramento area. Not only is their coffee and tea top of the line but their customer service is far beyond satisfactory. When you are at Shady Coffee & Tea you dont feel like your in a coffee shop, you feel like your at home with loving family on Christmas morning with nothing but good vibes and positivity surrounding you in a tight hug of care and well being. Not only is the coffee top notch here (with exceptional varieties from Brazil, Ethiopia, and Colombia) their Tea is to die for. On the first rainy day of fall this year the always fantastic Shady staff recommended the ginger turmeric tea which turned out to be the perfect compliment for the day with its deep warm notes of herbal tea with delicious buttery notes from the ginger and the robust peppery notes from the turmeric that are the perfect blend for any rainy day, cold season, or simply the desire to have a delicious immunity boosting tea. All in all Shady Coffee & Tea is the best coffee shop in Roseville and the Sacramento area and it is absolutely paramount that you come and spend a day here enjoying the world class coffee, tea, food, and most importantly the wonderful staff.

SHADY COFFEE & TEA (ROSEVILLE, CA) Customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⚡️ 4.5 / 5 The staff is friendly and welcoming. However there have been a few times when my experience has declined due to melencholy and uninterested staff. Recently this has not happened. SPEED ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 Durring open mic night (Friday)expect atleast a 10-15 min wait for your drink. Other days the speed is top notch and your drink will be out in less than 5. Seating ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 Has a charming rustic cozy feel however indoor seating is always packed due to the small size of the cafe. Would not recommend if you are claustrophobic (especially durring open mic). That being said the back patio has ample seating and a very welcoming open air feel (comfort levels may vary due to it being located outside). Quality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⚡️ 4.5 / 5 Shady coffee uses mast coffee Espresso (suit 7) is bright, medium body, alot of prominent citrus notes and a subtle sweetness. Pairs decently with milk. No single origin espresso option available

This place truly is awesome! I have lived in Roseville for 10 years and this is by far my favorite coffee shop. In addition to having GREAT coffee (owners really go out of their way to feature quality coffee from around the world) the food is soooo good!!! The vegetarian sandwich is loaded with yummy FRESH veggies and its huge! They also have beer and wine, so its a great place to come on a summer evening to drink a glass of vino out on the back patio. Inside its cozy and cool, there is a little tucked away spot if you want to just plug in your computer and not be bothered. The outside patio has both tables and sofas to lounge in. In the summer misters are running on the patio to keep it nice and cool. Ive been to a few of the Jazz Wednesday nights out on the patio, had a glass of wine, and its been a really great vibe every time. Staff is always super friendly and fast. Even when there is a line-it moves quickly. Love this place-cant say enough good things.

I absolutely love the crew and the coffee and food at Shady coffee and furthermore I think that its a great untapped gem that 40 years from now will be like one of the San Francisco iconic coffee houses are delicatessens to be seen at and to be seen with and of the children and adolescents and young adults all on laptops driven pushed by their parents to become something better if they can or to become themselves and confident in that they are good and of pure hearts abounds in this place. Money and position your station in life has nothing to do with this the vibe if you will being Im 58 years old I use words like vibe is incredibly good thank you Shady coffee and all the crew and I itemize and list out loud for all to hear Makayla Dillon Crystal Natalie Ashley Ali Shelly and many many others thank you from the bottom of my heart

My favorite cozy coffee shop in Roseville! The covered patio is a great place to relax, read, study or catch up with friends. Great loose leaf tea selection served in quality stoneware teapots, rotating iced tea selection, classic coffee drinks & variety of wine, beer & ciders. The mocha is amazing & their chai latte is my favorite. The baked goods are delicious, especially the scones, and the food is good too. They have a nice selection of salads & sandwiches. Drive through option as well.

I love Shady Coffee & Tea... I had a bad experience there and took the time to email my concern and let them know what happened. No one contacted me to even apologize for the bad, even rude service I received. I wont rant on here as to what happened, but I always tip the staff nicely and apparently they dont appreciate my business. I drive out of my way to go... I wont be going back, there is always Orgins and Edwins coffee that are just as good.

Perhaps the best coffee shop in Roseville. Were not big fans of the corporate coffee shops and this local place has good coffee and the food was even better! Our first visit was after a visit to Downtown Roseville Farmers Market on a Saturday. Fun environment with a neighborhood feel. Definitely has the most character of any coffee shop weve visited around town so far. Outdoor appearance is deceiving, but well worth checking out.

Wonderful and authentic coffee shop with great service. They have a beer and wine selection and some food choices as well as their magnificent coffees. Not too much seating on the inside (and being a popular coffe spot, this is important) however they have quite a large outdoor seating area that i believe is mostly covered. Parking is scarce unless there is room on the street. Overall, fantastic coffee shop.

The staff here is always extremely friendly and the coffee is always outstanding (shout out to Mast Coffee Co. – you guys do great work). The outdoor seating is such a nice option to have when the weather permits; some people even brave the elements when the lunch rush rolls through. I moved away from the Roseville area but make sure to stop in here whenever I visit someone who lives nearby.

Very flavorful coffee. My hot coffee was good. My wife raved about the unexpected but delightful fruitiness of her cold coffee. Shop management: I dont mind not having sugar in packets, it reduces trash, but it would be nice if the dispensers poured a little more generously and quickly. Its quite frustrating when I havent had my coffee fix. Thanks.

This place has the best coffee and lattes in the area. Great place for studying and meeting up with friends. The staff is great and brings your coffee to your seat. If your in a hurry this place may not be for you as the food takes a while to make as they start making it once you order. The blueberry scones are a must try!

One of the best coffee spots in Roseville. There is a nice patio area in the back and alcove nook to the right upon entering the place. They make some pretty cool designs on their lattes and have open mic night on Fridays, so well worth a visit! Parking is very very limited, so you may be forced to do street parking
