Do not use the mobile order app for this location. Every time I use the mobile app to order my drink is never ready. The first few times I wouldnt complain I would just come in be disappointed and then re-ordery my drink. Today I went in to pick up my mobile order and walked in to an empty cup. I asked for my drink and they told me they ran out of strawberries.... The batista then went back to making other drinks... I wasnt offered a refund or an alternative... I then had to go get in line to request a refund. I understand sometimes things happen however this was the worst customer service Ive ever received at a Starbucks. I decided to do this review because I told the story to my co-worker and she said the same thing happened to her last week. Steer clear of this location the service is trash

This location is close to McClellan on a wide busy server of Watt. Can only access from one direction. Staff seem nice and the food and drinks are typical. The location send to be in a slightly older or rundown side of town. I found a torch lighter sitting out front by the tables with a burnt joint next to it. Ive seen several jittery customers that may be tweekers or former tweekers. Id use the drive through or just a quick in and out with out staying to relax.

My second best Starbucks in Sactown area (the other one is in Elk Grove). This store has plenty of seating as well as electrical outlets for your mobile device. The best part, my ice coffee tasted nice and smooth, almost as good as the Seattle Starbucks. The baristas were polite and the restroom was clean. Definitely returning upon my next visit.

This is the most convenient Starbucks for me on my way to work, but they are super slow and dont seem to care at all. I will never go inside again because they always put the drive-thru people as their top priority, as if walk-in people arent in a hurry to get to work as well. But even the drive-thru can be excruciatingly slow.

Since making this my office away from home, the stores customer base has improved, more frequent users like me are coming back, staff are very welcoming and always available for favorite beverage. Few comfy chairs, barnstyle meeting table for 6-8, lots of outlets, outside tables and drive-thro too. Hope you enjoy too. Andrew

Almost as bad of a drive through as the one in Antelope. Waited 15 looong minutes behind only two cars just for my tea. When I finally get to the window my tea is not ready and no customers inside. Horrible drive through every time.
