This place is absolutely amazing, with the most delicious food. Now... What made the experience over the top wonderful was the accommodations they, and specifically Taylor, made on our behalf. I am unable to have rice and she made sure to help find ways to substitute the menu items to help me, and the chefs had no problem changing it up for my very high maintenance requests. We were already amazed at the service when we had casually made the comment of being allergic to avocado. The next roll came out and she had apologized for taking so long, they had cleaned all the boards and utensils so there would be no contamination. By far one of the best dining experiences ever. If we could give more stars, we would.

Food was great as always. Had BBQ white tuna, puff daddy, Japanese mafia, etc.. Sitting was a issue this time. We (5 of us) were squeezed into a small table, due to being super busy, but when we were leaving, all the tables around were still empty...and I am a blue Kokki club club holder, that didnt matter, as I am not a black card holder!!! Left a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth, totally could gave been worked out, instead they just smiled and said nothing can be done. Poor customer service can ruin even the best tasting food. Taro wouldnt be happy...

I love the sushi here! My personal favorite is the spicy dream #3. Its a great place to go for a date or business meeting. Its a little loud, but not horribly so. Its family friendly too. They bring out modified chop sticks for the little ones (or those who want to learn how to use them). You also get to spin the wheel for your birthday to win a prize up to a $100 gift card. You must be within 2 days of your birthday and bring a photo ID.

Came here for lunch with my 2 year old son. It was a beautiful day and we asked to be seated outside. I love the sun shades they have out there! The staff was nice and the bento box lunch for kids is great! My roll was very tasty as well. It did take them a while to bring the kids meal, but other than that great lunch date with my boy;)

I stopped going to the Mikunis by the movie theater after having the worst case of customer service and being appalled by their soggy rice. Mikuni Kaizen is a HUGE improvement! Their BBQ tuna is amazing, not my favorite rolls but I pretty much go here for drinks and appetizers <3

Service was ok but food was terrible. The prefer was incorrect twice and the server did not listen to what we ask for. I would NEVER visit this location again. I have been to ever Mikuni in the sacramento area and this one just ruined it for all of them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Sushi was ok, busy place and waiters are friendly but they were busy attending others. It was hard to flag anyone down to ask for things. Food portion was okay, we had better sushi quality in other Japanese restaurants for cheaper.

Kaizen is one of the best Mikuni locations. From the hanging giant metal octopus, to the most incredible fresh sushi with amazing sauces, Kaizen is the place to be. Happy hour is M-F from 2-6p. Great date night!

Its Mikuni, so how could it be bad. Other than the location, not much different than the other Mikunis in the area. Focus is on providing a great atmosphere, quality seafood and a great selection of beverages.

Was seated very quickly despite how busy it looked. Small tapas style plates and sushi. Food came very quickly and was pretty good. Staff was friendly. Prices seemed to be high, but fairly typical for the area.

The food, drings, and service were exceptional! We had margaritas, fish tacos, guacamole, and chocolate cake. I will be going back next time I am in Roseville and would highly recomend it to anyone.

I got the Japanese Mafia roll and while it was good, it wasnt anything spectacular. The pork dish was good but the noodle had no flavor. Our waiter was slow in getting to us at the bar.
