Ever been to a restaurant where there was nothing really bad about the food or service or look of the place, but you didnt like it at all anyway? This is that place for me and my wife. We went here for the first time on a Sunday about 6:40am. Ambience: Not bad, but very...sterile is the closest word that I can come up with to describe it. It is a traditional sit-down diner but the decor reminded me of a cafeteria in a nice hospital. Decorated somewhat but almost completely lacking in personality. Very clean. A few televisions were easily visible for the benefit of patrons with short attention spans. Service: Our server was reasonably pleasant but service was nonetheless slow; we werent in any particular hurry but it seemed odd since there was only one other occupied table. Food: My wife ordered an omelette while I had a waffle with a side of ham and scrambled eggs. We both felt that the food was OK, but nothing at all above ordinary. Safe, middle of the road, perhaps a bit dull, but prepared exactly to our requests. Price: Rather expensive for what we got, I think. Their location in an upscale area of Roseville probably justifies the higher price point, and the sterile decorations arent going to pay for themselves. All in all, a completely forgettable place. We definitely wont be back but we encourage readers to check out the place for themselves. As I said, theres nothing overtly wrong with the place, but it isnt for us.

I wish I could rate this place one star so less people will want to come here and then I could keep it all to myself! However, that would be unfair. The cooks and staff earned all 5 stars on this review! The food, the service, and the atmosphere are all on point. I have never had a bad experience here and any issues I did have were well taken care of. My only complaint is how busy they are but its for good reason! Even still, the wait is never unreasonable. The coffee is fresh and flavorful, the pancakes are large and fluffy, the omlettes are well portioned and evenly cooked, and the ingredients taste fresh and of high quality. All of this is bought at a very reasonable price! I want to keep this place a secret but Im pretty sure the secrets already out. I cant be selfish, people. Go to this restaurant. Itll ruin every other restaurants breakfast for you!

This seems to be one of the "popular" places. We arrived at 11:15 AM having read a lot of comments about the wait. We still had to wait for 20 minutes. Looking at the menu there was really not much that was special on the menu. Looked good, but nothing special. Service was pretty prompt and polite. Atmosphere was OK like any basic strip mall restaurant, but again nothing special. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs with biscuit. Flavor was good and portion was large, but as with everything else nothing special. My wife ordered the tomato soup and pear salad. This was also pretty good, but again nothing special. Overall I like the restaurant, thought the everything was fine, but not likely to go out of my way to go there or wait for a seat.

i am very very picky and this place always is superb, no matter what i order, i cant go wrong. not only are all their soups, sauces and batters made in house, but they are out of this world. i love the california benedict, the spice up your day omelet and the bbq chicken sandwich. my husband always orders the chicken fried steak, and he is from atlanta, georgia and says it cant be beat. we always share the paradise waffle and the whip cream and waffle is so good it doesnt even need syrup... but the syrup is good too. you just cant go wrong here. and the service is great. truly. they are attentive, your cup is always filled, they are courteous and quick. although they are always pretty busy the service doesnt suffer.

Fast service and great food. They said the wait was 20 minutes, and we were seated in 10. After we were seated and we ordered, the food was out in...less than 10 minutes? It was super fast. The food itself was awesome. I highly recommend the patty melt (I added sauteed mushrooms and that was a stellar choice). Service was perfect. Not too overbearing, but still constantly had our drinks refilled. The only reason why its not a 5 star: the price. If youre not too concerned about the price, this place is perfect. However, it was a bit on the expensive side. $15 for my meal, which was delicious, but also on the small side. Would for sure go there again, but only if Ive got some spare cash.

Atmosphere is loud and busy which is not bad, but you are inches from the tables around you and its a bit claustrophobic. Service is ok, could have been better but nothing bad to say. Food is not what I expected at all. I read review after review of how great the food was, and was told by friends as well that the food was good. I disagree completely, however, I do give them an A for effort. ~ I had the Belgian waffle. It was more like a toasted pancake with too much overly sweet whipped cream. My husband had the chicken fried steak. While I do give them credit for it being hand battered in house, it is hard and tasteless as shoe leather. We will not go back again.

First time there today, the venue is super clean, super cute hostess. o.O Sat at the coffee bar during the busiest hour of the day so service was a bit slow, but expected and understandable. Ordered the Feta omelet which was delectable, the potatoes were perfectly fried to a crisp on one side and soft and hot on the other, with an English muffin and jam. I know I said that the service was a bit slow, but in hindsight the servers were absolutely johnny-on-the-spot with the coffee urn. If I could go out of the way for breakfast off I-80 like I did today, Id definitely go again and try the Portuguese sausage.

House cured bacon, farm fresh ingredients, recipes from the heart, and smiles across the board! This is the BEST breakfast spot in town. Here are my top 5 favs! Four Sisters Omelet – made with bacon that’s cured, smoked, and sliced in house and includes white cheddar cheese, WITH a medium egg folded in the middle! Mango Stuffed Croissant French Toast – made with bananas and toasted coconut. The Garden Benedict – made on a grilled focaccia with homemade hollandaise sauce. The French Dip – prime rib slow cooked with the ‘family’ dry rub. The BBQ Beef Sandwich- made with homemade BBQ sauce

Best place in town for breakfast and lunch! I have had almost every item on the menu and have never had a bad meal there. For breakfast I really enjoy the breakfast burrito and for lunch I find myself going back to the BLT with Avocado and Turkey. Love the homemade creamy dill dressing and the french fries are some of the tastiest I have ever had. The great food is made that much better by the amazing service provided by the friendly, efficient, professional staff and the nicest, most welcoming hands on owners I have ever experienced. You can NOT go wrong at Four Sisters Cafe.

What a great breakfast all around! My husband and I decided to try this place for the first time and we were not disappointed. Easy to find location, good parking, greeted immediately as we walked thru the door, waited less than 5 minutes to be seated, received our drinks right away, our order was promptly taken and with a friendly smile and we received our food quickly. I had the Garden Benedict with the fried red potatoes. Yummy! The fresh squeezed orange juice is great also. There are so many delicious menu options that I want to try so we will definitely go back :)
