If youve never visited the original Hermosa Good Stuff or Redondo or El Segundo sites you will probably enjoy the Palos Verdes restaurant. I prefer the beach flavor of Hermosa or Redondo and am not taken by the chi-chi decor and ambiance of this newest in the Good Stuff chain. The menu is the same as at other Good Stuff sites and the food is just as good, but PV is too stilted and cold for me. Not one surfboard in the place. This is just another upscale restaurant thats very vanilla and lacking the warmth and fun of other Good Stuff sites. Sorry Cris (owner) I cannot give PV the number of stars I give Hermosa or Redondo. Too much catering to my yuppie duppie neighbors for my taste. Ill drive off the hill and enjoy a REAL Good Stuff with its funkiness and engaging staff.

The food was tasteless. The restaurant is all ambiance. It was expensive for the quality of food offered. I had tried it years ago in Redondo and reached the same opinion. A friend recommended it and I tried the new location expecting much improvement. Incidentally, in general conversations with friends, I have heard several people who reached the same conclusion independently.

This restaurant is just what PV needed. Its family friendly but they also have good food and a good beer selection. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, they serve it all in a modern comfortable atmosphere. We usually end up here on a weeknight for dinner and I have never had any complaints. Staff is friendly and attentive, and food has always been spot on.

I have been meaning to try this place forever! My best friend just moved to Silver lake, so we gave it a try. Very intimate setting (small), but nicely decorated. I had the lemon chicken Sammy and a mimosa and my friend had steak and eggs. We were both very happy with our food and the service was great. Go after 2 on the weekends to avoid the crowds.

Probably one of our favorite places to get a quick bite to eat and assure ourselves that were eating "good stuff"! Then its off to Regal Theaters to catch a movie. Want to find me on a Friday or Saturday around 6pm. Youve got a good shot finding me here :) Good food, friendly servers and nice big screen TVs at the bar to catch the games

I wish I could give six stars! I have been going to Good Stuff since the 80s at the Hermosa location. The last ten years or so it has been Redondo. Now that GS is in PV, I literally eat there 2-3 times a week. Great staff, great food, very convenient. Love the new look!

This is a new location, they have a few others in the south bay and el Segundo. The food was ok, nothing special. Family of 5 will run you about $85 including tips so for that price there are a lot of choices out there. Service was very good and prompt.
