Well today we went to have dinner at Buca, it was my mothers last day in california before heading home so we figured a great Italian restaurant for dinner. We have been here many times at least once a month or more and today they let me down really bad. The service was horrible, the waiter from the get go looked like he had no clue. We ordered drinks and some appetizers to start, took about 20 minutes to get part of the drinks and about another 20 for the remainder of the drinks. During this time we did get the appetizers to start . My mother order some wine and I specifically ordered a nine ounce for her so she could have a glass before dinner and another with dinner. He brought one glass and when we asked he had attitude and was making excuses for not brining it from the start. After about an hour and still no food served, I decided to go see the manager and cancel the dinner. At this time the manager apologized and was looking to see what had happened,I guess he figured out what happened and said we didnt have to pay for the drinks and appetizers and which time I was caught off guard because I expected him to say hang on we will get your food and its on us , but he shook my hand along with my gfs and pretty much sent us on our way. We will still eat there but it may be a while before we go there again since this has left a horrible impression with us. ` Victor Pineda

I love Buca di Beppo but yesterdays service was the worst experience thus far. I made reservations on open table and ehen ee arrived we were seated in the bar area. I asked the waitress if we could be seated elsewhere and she stated we would have to wait the full wait time of 45mins because we didnt specify where to sit. There isnt an option on the app and explained that to her. Apparently, there is a section you can write in notes and I was not aware of that. It took a good 20 mins to actually get someone to approach our booth. A server approached us and offered to take our drink order since our server wasnt available at the moment. Wr then waited for our server for another 15 mins. I understand it was busy but we watched her wiz by concerned for other tables before she approached us. Finally we get to order. We ordered and sometime after that we received our drinks. Not once did we get offered refills on our drinks. We received our food and thats it. She disappeared again but we constantly noticed her checking in on the tables behind us. I practically had to get out my seat to stop her to get a refill and order desert. We got our check and left. Again, I understand this establishment is busy but that doesnt mean they should blatantly ignore you. We are PAYING FOR SERVICE.

We came here on 12.12 and wanted or pre order sown food for Christmas dinner. We heard about this place and it was highly recommended. So we wanted to try it. They told us on that day we didnt have to pre order and to come on that day there will be plenty of food. We asked the lady a couple of times and she insisted that we come on the day to just order whatever we wanted. So we did juat that. We showed up on 12.24 to get out Xmas dinner and sure enough they ran out of food. We were not able to order a thing, or even get anything. I told the manager that we were told not to pre order that you guys would have food. I was told by one of your employees not to pre order so now what am I supposed to for Christmas. They did apologize but still the damage was done. We have no food for Xmas, and had to think of something quick. We ended spending more money at another place so we can have something to eat. Our price was about 120 and since we had to go somewhere else we ended up spending 222. When we were complaining to the manager Nick there was a lady name Deanna and she had a smirk on her face when we complaining about this whole thing. I dont think it was professional to be laughing at this situation. I dont recommend this place at all

"Dine in for two please!" Bucca Di Beppo. Absolutely, amazing. Everything from the food, to the service. Definitely went the extra mile to cross the Ts and dot the Is. Lets talk food. Everything was authentic and delicious. We started with Calamari as an appetizer, and completely devoured that. Next came the main. Didnt want to get too crazy for our first time there. So we ordered Spaghetti And Meatball, and Fettuccine Supremo. Both in the small portions mind you. Each portion was enough for 4 people. If you do come here. You need to bring your appetites. Now, let me clear my throat (uhhhh hmmmm). "Gigantic sized portions for 4 please!!!" Now. Lets talk service. Cindy is like a god send. She is probably the best waitress I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment she walked over to greet us, to the time we left. I literally have never felt more compelled, to make a review about the quality of service we received. She answered all our questions and went out of her way to make us as comfortable as possible. She came over consistently to make sure that things were okay. She was amazing and has definitely helped me continue to dine here. I will be posting this on Yelp, Google Reviews and anywhere else I can.

Even though the taste and quality of the food was very good, the small portion, advertised in the menu as serving three, was barely enough for one. No pasta was included with the veal. No bread was brought to the table. Twenty three dollar for three small, thin pieces of veal is way over priced. If they had put the veal on a bed of pasta at least we would not have left hungry. Salad at thirteen dollar was just enough for three with no seconds. Chocolate cake was delicious. Once again, touted as serving four. It served three adequately at thirteen more dollars. It would be so simple and cheap for this place to fill you up. I mean REALLY. Have you ever been to an Italian restaurant where they do not bring at least plain warm bread to you table as soon as you sit down? Here you have to buy it at ten dollars. TEN DOLLARS FOR BREAD? Had they given bread and provided some pasta with the veal, my rating would have been higher. The quality of the food was very good--just not enough to feed three. At these prices you should go home full and be carrying a doggie bag. Fifty two dollars for three should have filled us up!

Attente de 25mn pour vous faire consommer au bar. Puis service expéditif où on oublie de vous donner les couverts et serviettes et lorsquon vous les apporte, ils ne sont pas distribués ! La pizza pour 3 est pour une personne en fait et donc chère pour ce que cest !!! Les pâtes la sauce tomate trempée liquide !!!!! Pour un restaurant italien ça la fout mal ... Bref 100 dollars pour 2 plats small et un menu kid. À éviter
