First, the positive. The food was incredible. My husband got the Drunken Chicken and I got the Tom Yum Udon. Amazing flavors. The Mao Mao Dumplings were delicious, and the tempura vegetables were tasty, too. I would definitely go back for takeout. Now, the negative. The staff. The wait staff here is horrible. Either they are not well trained or they dont care. When we arrived at the restaurant, there was no one at the front podium. It took several minutes for someone to discover that we were waiting in the front. After being asked for our drink orders, it took nearly 10 minutes for the drinks (water and tea) to come out and our orders to be taken. Several times we had to ask for things multiple times from multiple people because what we asked for was not taken care of (such as ordering a Thai Green Tea). There appears to be a severe lack of communication between those working here. Its not a shortage of staff - there were only a few tables of people in the restaurant, and at least eight people working and waiting tables. I would recommend only ordering from this restaurant for takeout. The food is amazing, but if you expect to get good service and good food, this is not the place for you.

"Phuck No"Flying Chicken soup grossed me out... my brothers and I went in hungry and left hungry. We ordered the flying chicken soup and once they brought it out they set it in front of my brother and he pushed it off to me later he said he pushed it off to me because the soup stank. I was getting the soup ready with chili and got a whiff of the soup and it literally grossed me out. It smelled like they had used the hot water that they used to pluck the chicken to make the base of the soup. My soup smelled like wet chicken feathers so I thought well maybe the taste isnt so bad and unfortunately it was. I couldnt eat anymore my stomach had twisted like a washing machine. They also really need to wash their dishes with a bit of bleach because I poured myself a glass of water and it smelled like egg... ughhh I usually love these ramen soups and I wish my experience was better Noodle world in Ontario is wayyyyyyy better

I have been wanting to try this place for some time and perhaps I built up the expectation. Short review: not impressed with food, very slow service, could be way better experience. Servers are really nice. I ordered the seaweed salad and it came on a bed of spinach, was not expecting the spinach (was not in the description), and price for seaweed ratio to spinach is not worth the price. Not to mention, some of the spinach leaves had signs of wilt. I had the Soon Du Bu and my friend hand Beef Bibim Bap. Soon Du Bu had good flavor, but noodles taste fresh out of the packet, added mushrooms ($1 extra) and they were extra chewy and hard. Beef Bibim Bap, this wasnt your hot stone bowl with side dishes - dish was luke warm, raw onion over powered dish, and poor flavor over all.

We used to come here all the time. Every time we go now theyve changed the recipe. The staff never writes our order down so they are always forgetting what we ordered. The last time we went I ordered the falling ramen which is supposed to have a chili lime flavor and comes in pork or veggie broth but the waiter never asked me which kind I wanted. The broth lacked in its usual flavor and there was less meat and noodles. I was very disappointed and left still hungry which I usually never do. I really liked this place but it needs to get it together and stop changing so much.

Every time I go to this joint , I must wait at least 10 minutes for someone to seat me, even though their is only 2 people eating. Like whats so important that you cant seat me and then take care of whatever it is youre doing . And then she said "I thought you where a to go" . It doesnt hurt to ask right ? My goodness. And then I sit down to get the happy hour and she says " thats only week days". Well I didnt see anything online that said that. I think Im done going there , as of today.

This place was the bomb when I found it over a year ago. But recently restaurant has gone through what I think is a managerial change for the worse. The ramen is watered down, cold. I recommended a co-worker to the location and he complained to me about the same thing. I checked it out and was heartbroken. The side dishes were either too salty or the sauce felt more like a preservative paste. I used to go monthly but the changes were so bad we had to move on. :(

after looking for a ramen place we decided to check this place out. the food was delicious I had the Tom Yom shrimp udon. my husband had the drunken pork ramen. we shared the chicken dumplings which in my opinion were great but I wished they would have served more. overall good food. our server Ed was awesome and attentive. the place lacked atmosphere though. would I go back? maybe. would I recommend this place ? yes. just dont set your expectations too high.

This place is one of the best ramen places I have ever been to. Amazing customer service was dope! Theyre super friendly. Wish I got our servers name! She was young and charming.. now for the food! The pork bun were in delicious bite size portions. The Spicy Miso is great for a comfortable spicy meal.. it was a bit salty tho. The teas are also pretty tasty :) Oh and the noodles arent too thick either. Theyre perfect. Ill definitely be coming back soon!

I only found two pieces of meat in my Curry Bomb ramen. I spoke with the manager and he said it only comes with two pieces of meat. What an expensive bowl of noodles at $9 a bowl! Flavor was just OK. I guess that was my last visit. In addition the restaurant did not look very clean. I was really disappointed! Does not compare to the Banzai Bowl at Teri Cafe in Oceanside.

Very good. Definitely needs Air Conditioning. Definitely not bland. All the negative reviews I have read were way off. The garlic rice was amazing. Ill be ordering that for sure. Orange chicken was great. Drunken/Falling and udon were very flavorful and great. Iced green tea drink was awesome too Best happy hour prices on IPAs I have ever seen as well

They have vegan and gluten free options for those who need it. Staff is understanding and attentive. Relaxed atmosphere. Decently priced lunch specials with decent portions between 9 and 11 bucks. They have those cards that you can stamp whenever you visit and earn a free drink, etc. Appreciated!

Very relaxed setting. The portions were good, and certainly exceeded my expectations for ramen. Some room for improvement could be in new menu, they were not helpful in explaining what each kind of Ramen had. Thus the waiter had to explain the differences to us, which was greatly appreciated.

They messed up our order. The food took forever. Waiter was taking our order then cut us off in the middle of taking our order to get a pen and paper. They never stopped by and asked us if we needed any refills or anything else. I do not recommend this place to anyone not even my enemies
