Everybody Wang Cho tonight! *singing* First time here. Used to be Killarneys & Lounge 33, but you wouldnt know it; they really revamped the space! Food was good... We ordered just a bit too much. Lol Everything was good... Cali-Steak (sweeter marinade), beef & spicy pork bulgogi (with onions & mushrooms), brisket (great especially with the dipping sauce), sausage (which was just a Farmer John/kielbasa type thing), short ribs (good flavor, not cut too thinly), fire cheese chicken (great spice but served with like nacho cheese sauce - didnt get it - chicken is good on its own without the cheese), garlic chicken (great flavor, not overly garlicky), spicy rice cakes, rice & noodle soups... Think that was it! LOL All the meats were pretty lean, which was nice. When you sit at your table, the sides waiting are: fish cakes, kimchi (cabbage & radish) , pickled cucumber, glass noodles, macaroni salad. Im already a fan of cabbage kimchi, but my new favorite is their radish kimchi - yummy!!! Theres also the brisket sauce, green tea salt, and a homemade Sriracha-like sauce (SPICY & delicious)! Let the grill heat up for a bit before you put anything on, not as soon as they bring it to your table... Or your vegetables will take like an hour to cook! Just sayin... Lol Unlike some other kbbq, you can order more plates as soon as you want (up to 4 at a time); you dont have to wait until your current plates have been cooked/cleared. Wasnt a fan of the grills... Just a weird angle, felt like it took longer for things to cook compared to other kbbq places. But service was outstanding! Everyone was amazingly attentive & helpful. Especially Stephen & Sam! :) The owner came by to check on us and made sure everyone at the table had the technique down and that everything was satisfactory. Lol They took the time to answer all questions about the food, menu, restaurant, etc... Never felt rushed or hurried despite the full house last night. Good food, good value, good atmosphere!

Manager was on vacation when we went so staff customer service was extremely laxed. Our server in particular gave us very poor service, we had to ask for things 2-3 times (drink refills, napkins, chopsticks, sauces, refills, more food, where was our food, sugar packets, etc.) While we were waiting 10 minutes for our raw meats and empty glasses, another server came up to us asking if we needed anything we told him we needed drinks and we were waiting for our food. He said he would come back with drinks and check on the food. When he came back he said that the food order was not in and that our server left my response was "he quit!?!?!" followed by a "did he get fired!!?!?"... No, his shift was over so he went home. Now here is were I started boiling, I can sympathize when youre a bit stressed out as a server and your having an "off day" but when the customer has to ask for EVERY LITTLE THING and then you leave to go home after taking our food order but not putting it through nor introducing us to our new server we got problems! I couldnt believe it, I have never had such a poor dining experience my life. I am pretty understanding because I have serving experience but this was absolutely ridiculous. The new server was better, I wish we would of had him from the start. Now as far as the food goes, it was good and I enjoyed it but I will NEVER be returning simply for the fact of this restaurants terrible customer service/ policies. One and DONE!!

Wang Cho is an average AYCE Korean BBQ at the Riverside Plaza. Nevertheless, its probably the best Korean BBQ AYCE in Riverside. Wang Cho is right off the 91 freeway and not too far south from the 60 freeway. The atmosphere was lively, clean, and somewhat modern. Service was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. However, despite the good efforts, the wait staff still seemed green (understandable for a new restaurant). The grill change was not smooth and specific items such as the salad and rice paper needed to be specifically requested. The banchan was below average, lacked variety, and seemed dumb-downed. Overall, a welcomed addition to Riverside and a decent place to eat a lot of meat. Huge parking lot in a very busy shopping complex. Lunch AYCE ($16.99), 3.5/5. The meat was decent quality considering the price point. The meat was standard for a $17 lunch Korean BBQ AYCE but some of the marinades were heavy-handed and a bit too sweet. Banchan, 2/5. Kimchee, romaine lettuce salad, rice paper, pickled daikon and carrots, pickled cucumbers, potatoe salad, radish salad, glass noodles, and fish cake. Overall the banchan was basic, simplified, and lacked a depth of flavor.

This is a very nice restaurant, with attentive wait staff and decent food. I prefer the buffet style where you can select small portions to sample. but that doesnt work with the tiered pricing employed here. Overall a pleasant enough dining experience although the noise level was very high, likely due to the music being louder than necessary. I felt the value @ almost $60 including tip for two with one draught and one soft drink was not good. This is neither a luxury nor budget establishment, and the middle of the road means you will be disappointing more people more regularly. I was one of those people and have made Wang cho a "one and done" for me.

Definitely the best KBBQ in the entire Inland Empire, Really decent meat selection, good pricing and great lunch discount. Now on service, I have to say that the staff and service here are probably the best in ANY KBBQ restaurant Ive ever been to. The staff are very polite, quick to bring out the meats, and all seem very positive. This place is a solid five stars and worth checking out. The location is perfect for those looking to go on a dinner and movie date, as the theater is a small walk through the plaza from where this restaurant is situated.

It too is good food, but a little pricey for the extra meat options. And they only brought three or four items at a time when we told them what we wanted. Our grill is also too low for at least 45 minutes. So everything cooked very slowly, until I asked them to turn it up. Then it was too high, until I turned it down a little bit. So I recommend their least expensive option, if theres enough types of meat and fish that you like thats included with it. And I recommend adjusting the grill flame yourself if necessary.

My first time in California and we visited Wang Cho. Ive had Korean bbq before, and this place is up to par. Great food and a very friendly staff who made sure our cooking tops were always clean and ensured that we didnt wait long for anything. Id recommend to anyone in the area. Theres something great about cooking your food with people instead of waiting for a cooked dish to be brought your way.

The side dishes were tasty. Wish they gave you more at first without asking. We had the chicken and beef bulgogi. They were both great. Service could have been better, thats why the 4 stars. I also tried the garlic chicken, it was okay. I probably will not order that again. You will enjoy the food here, better to stick with the beef or pork entrees.
