This is the worst Starbucks myself and my SO have ever been to. First of all they are the slowest store i have ever been too, the only reason we go here is because it is right around the corner from our house. Second of all My SO did not like the way they prepared her drink it had the distinct taste and smell of "BAD MILK", the barista CASEY (and I hope you read this because you are what is wrong with the service industry) argued with me about the quality of the drink saying that using bad milk was IMPOSSIBLE because they receive their milk daily and that my SO clearly just did not like this type of drink (which btw is her usual drink) . I have worked in the service industry for over 10 years and the one thing you NEVER due is argue with the customer over the quality of your product, you reply with a simple "Im extremely sorry that we did not meet your expectations how can we make this right?" and then you do exactly what the customer requests. "The Customer is ALWAYS right" something that seems to have been forgotten at this particular location, Because i have never encountered such disregard for customer service at any other location we have been to.

Not that good of service. I went in 5/26/15 at 08:30 and was not greeted at all. I didnt feel welcomed there. The cashier would cut me off while Im giving my order and i have to ask for my receipt or I wasnt going to get it. The drive thru was pretty busy so I guess that why I had to wait so long in the lobby for one drink. When my drink was ready. I told the lady thank you, she ignored me. So I said it louder to where everyone at the counter heard me. Then she acknowledged me and told me thanks for coming to Starbucks, have a nice day. I just think that shouldve been automatic upon giving me my drink. Despite the rush hour in drive thru there was enough people working there to where some could greet customers walking in, if not Im sure the cashier should. Ive been to many Starbucks across the country and not all of them are like this one. I rated this Starbucks at 2 out of 5 because the coffee wasnt bad. Hope this helps everyone.

So many things wrong. First of all, the drive through peron was rude. My dad made a last minute add on and she visibly showed irritaion. Both my dad and i apologized but she still looked irritated and asked "are you going to order anything else?" in a rude tone. Secondly, my fizzy trenta drink WAS HALF FOAM. That stuff isnt cheap. When I told her, she said that thats how they all are which isnt true because all other starbucks I frequent fill it up well. Fizzy drinks are all I pretty much order so why is it this one place is the only location to fill it half way? Fix your attitude Elizabeth.

their portions where all off. the drinks tasted really strong so i went by another day and that time it was really watery. so i figure, 3rd time is the charm.. i realize thats not the case. the service is quick, and they are friendly. but im there for the coffee. oh and by the way, their WIFI.. does not work at all. I thought this starbucks would be my pit stop on my long distance travels. that will not be the case ever.

Always a long wait. There needs to be another option here in town. Most times there so busy my order gets messed up. Totally not theyre fault. Needs better training and more hours for employees. "All hands on deck" especially for the weekends with all the traffic from the park!!! I just want Starbucks on my lunch amd it not take me 40 minutes to get it!!! :( Plus getting my order wrong on a $6 coffee sucks!!!

We were visiting from out of town and went inside to sit down and enjoy our drinks. The service was so slow. They had so many people working there but no one would acknowledge you. They forgot our scone and when I tried to get a water no one even looked at me. Worst service weve ever had at a Starbucks.

Horrible! The young lady taking orders was not focused on my order except for the guy before me. The young lady screwed up my order 2 days in a row. If you ask for hot you get iced. If you ask for a blender drink you get hot. What a great way to start my day.... Wont be going back to this on.

This place is always busy, but they get you in and out quickly. My drink is always made to order and the staff is courteous. All in all, not the best Starbucks in the world, but a decent establishment with good service. Certainly acceptable for a morning coffee on your way to work.

Good coffee and friendly service, as expected from Starbucks. You can see it from the freeway, but its hard to see which (long) driveway to turn into to get here. Carls Jr next door has "reserved" most of the parking places for their customers, leaving too few for Starbucks.

I came to meet a friend and do some work. This place has a very high traffic I was amazed at how busy it was the entire 2 hours I was their. I recommend it the employees were friendly and quick to finish their tasks.

Slow, last two years service has gone down. Use to be the greatest but I assume they are having employee issues. They have turned staff every few months. Wasted lots of money on pour tasting drinks

Typical Starbucks. Unfortunately, this store is impossible to spot from the freeway and it is very difficult to get in and out of. The freeway interchange is confusing to the occasional traveler.

The kids working there need to drink some of the coffee, its a fast paced world so at 7:30 am, you gotta move fast! Otherwise, friendly staff, good location.
