The restaurant is nice inside and the staff is quick and friendly. The food, however, is almost inedible! Two different chicken dishes (S&S and Kung pao) were "gamey" and of inconsistent size, shape and taste! The "fried" rice (ordered at an additional $1 charge) was nothing more than white rice with soy sauce and a few green onions. It was not fried rice! Awful food...too bad because there is no reason for that level of carelessness.

Been patronizing this restaurant for six months now and can say that the lunch specials are great. Modestly priced, good portions and come to the table Extremely fast. Staff is friendly and polite. I consider myself a chinese food Fanatic and Yat Sing is one of my go to places when I NEED a rice fix. Try the pot stickers ...

First time visit. "Fried bean curd" is no such thing- it is heated, raw tofu in utterly forgettable sauce. Foil-wrapped chicken is flavorful, but the MSG is apparent, and the individual pieces (only six in an order) are about the size of one of a Pink Pearl pencil eraser. Edible, sure, but for $18.25, I certainly wont be back.

Becareful about the pot sticker being raw or not fully cooked inside. We got ours with 2 out of 5 are uncooked chicken. The outside was seared. Food is equivalent to any fast chinese takeout.

Yat sing is my all time favorite Chinese food... I grew up eating at this restaurant and I havent found and other place I like better. War won ton soup is amazing and also the walnut prawns.

I primarily order takeout from here. My order is always ready within 15 minutes and ready for pickup. Maybe a bit pricy, but delicious and Fast. Highly recommend the walnut prawns.

The Manager, Irene, is a real gem. She is a wonderful person who treats everyone as though she was their best friend. They have the very best Wor Won Ton Soup ANYWHERE!!!!
