I do not know if they recently changed management or something. Though the Shanghai Steak is still on the menu, and it still cost more; I was told that it is only made when the customer request it because it does not sell well enough. When I asked how long it would take to cook, it will take 5 minutes to cook it. Wouldnt the $1.25 be there to offset that? If it does not sell well, then take it completely off the menu. Why would you still offer it.. in such a dickish fashion... if it was costing you money to make and sell? TLDR: If you want to eat at the buffet that is the Panda Express here, make sure you call ahead and place your order so that you are ensured to have all the food offered on the menu available to you and they can have enough time to cook it.

Dry food. No where to seat because all tables are usually.duty. The PI person screaming at the staff she is pretty rude. It is girl I think her name is Stephanie she just got a tattoo for what I was able to see. The only good worker I see there is and Asian manager he tries but the staff seems to be lost...Also this place will usually be out of something. First time I went were out of bags.as I was ordering take out.next time they were out of white rice. Than out of chowmein. And lastly I went and they were out of ice.which made me conclude Im never coming back.at least not to this location.

Panda Express as a whole is pretty decent. This particular location is not. When the owner/manager guy is in there, you definitely get less food, and most of the more expensive stuff like shrimp is not hot and ready. The cleanliness of the establishment is pretty poor. They never seem to give you fortune cookies, you have to ask for them, and they are usually out of singles, so they make you buy their small packs of them. The food is usually just barely warm at best, so I assume its been sitting there for some time.

Got my order had to wait for more rice to be made...5 minutes not bad then got home and realized they didnt give me any of my entrees. Apparently if youre willing to wait for something you only get half of what you pay for.

Absolutely LOVE their food, and this location is always super clean and the employees are friendly and you get your food pretty quickly. It does get kind of crowded sometimes though.
