So its basically like the assembly line at Chipotle. Pick your sauce, cheeses, meats, and toppings. It doesnt take them long to bake the pizza, approximately 5-10 minutes. Since this was a training day Im not going to be too harsh. I only saw two problems. 1. The girl making the pizza before me accidently put garlic on the pizza. Instead of making a whole new pizza, which she shouldve done, she just picked it out but I could still see bits of garlic left on it. 2. The same girl making my pizza put way too little basil on mine. I shouldve corrected her but its okay, I will next time. Overall, the pizza was decent. The (thin) crust was nice and crispy and ingredients were fresh. I like that I can watch them make my pizza and make sure its made right. Each pizza is about $7.50 and a little bigger than a personal size pizza (not enough for two people). Its pizza cooked to order served fast! I would go back just to get a quick pizza bite.

Ive been visiting this Pieology branch at Rancho Cucamonga for a while over the past two years. Out of around ten visits, Ive had no problems and have had all positive experiences here with family just enjoying our pizza. What I enjoy at Pieology is the ease of ordering your custom-made pizza and having it served to your table immediately after its done baking in the oven. The staff is great, and the store manager cares about your experience, regularly asking if everythings going alright with your pizza experience. The store is reasonably kept clean, and the stores layout and ambience are great too. TIP: Do sign up for the email subscription list, and you get I believe a free cinnamon pie or garlic basil pie on your visit and/or a free pizza on your birthday.

Horrible vibe from the employees theyre all full of attitude and unwilling to go out of thier way to check for allergen information the first time i went. I was pleased with the amount of topping options they have so i call over the phone and ask for all veggies, no fruit, and to make sure they add basil & cilantro.... when i get my pizza the veggies are not equally spread across, they put all the olives on one slice instead of the whole pizza. I asked for no fruit and they added pineapple, i asked to make sure they add basil&cilantro.... it wasnt even on there. When they answered the call for pick up they had me wait over the line so they can have a paper and pen ready.... and they still messed up the order? Unbelievable! Definitely never coming back

Love the pizza but do not care for the customer service especially my last visit. I was not greeted when entering nor when served. I could not hear the girl ask which toppings because a lot of other customers were speaking loudly so she starts screaming and had an angry look on her face the whole time. The manager was not better either just like the rest he seemed so indiferente, he didnt greet, thank me or offered a carry bag although I had 2 pies. Also no one said good bye when I walked out. I really like this Pizza but due to attitude I think about it twice before visiting.

I have been eating here for the past six month or so, and I am sold on Pieology. You cant knock custom made pizza. They have several different crust, sauce and cheese types. Fresh toppings including basil and spicy Italian sausage. Friendly staff, online ordering options, and offer buy one get one free coupons both via email and local advertisement. If you like your thin crust with a bit of a crunch, order your pizza well done; they tend to under cook them. The place is clean and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Be patient, they are normally a tad bit understaffed.

Had heard alot of good things about this place so I decided to try it. Walked up placed my order and was enjoying my experience until I sat down and started to wait. Waited 25 min before I went up and asked about it. They had messed up and had to remake it without even letting me know. Waited another 10 min for it to come out and it was wrong again. I just asked for them to put it in a box so I could just leave because I was extremely annoyed. Pizza was undercooked and average at best. Wouldnt go back

This place has poor customer service. I went in on Saturday and they mixed my pizzas up and gave me a pizza that wasnt mine and I found out when I got home. I called them and they said they will comp my next meal. I went in today to get that meal and when I got there they said that the manger didnt put it in the log so there is nothing they can do. I asked the manger to call that manager but all he said was that he cant do anything. I drove 20min for this bullshit. I will never come here again.

I like pieology in general, but the day I visited this particular store, I was not happy. The pizza building team were very skimpy with their use of ingredients. I point to something and she put only 2 or 3 pieces of it on my pizza. Every item I wanted on my pizza, I had to say, "please add more of it". It is not like that at my regular pieology in Chino.

If you go on yelp, you can get free cinnamon sticks or normal garlic sticks. If you become a Pieology member, you get great deals always sent to you through your email. Like i got an email for Pi-day. Buy one get one free. And another email that said. Sorry for any inconvenience for Pi-day, heres a free pizza if you buy one pizza. Thanks Pieology!!!

First opened customer service and food was excellent. Now people standing around talking to each other not paying attention. Pizza is raw in the middle not cooked evenly.When you ask for something specific they look at you like I dont have time for you.Bring back your original team and I will return.

This was the first Pieology that I have been to. It is basically a Chipotle for pizzas. The nice thing is that you can add any number of toppings to your pizza. This location has a decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating options. The staff was friendly and the food was good.

I love the fact that I can have a pizza my way with as little or as many toppings and still cost me the same, but keep in mind that all pizzas are one size, between a small and personal. The price is right $. If you are active or retired military, the price is even better...

We tried the thick crust..definitely enough for two people, maybe even three. You pick your toppings and build your own pizza (they were not stingy with toppings either). We liked it better than MOD Pizza, the taste and the amount for the money was better

Absolutely fantastic! You get to choose whatever toppings you want, however many toppings you want, all at the same price. All the ingredients are fresh (or at least look it) and the flavor is amazing. Definitely worth a visit.
