The pizza is good but I just hate that they never answer their phones to place an order Ive called on multiple occasions and multiple times and sometimes they answer and sometimes they dont Ive worked in a pizza place and my boss would have ripped me a new one if I let a phone call ring 3 times we had about 4 phones in the front and he had one in the office so we never missed a call/order and I just get baffled every time I call here and get no answer not even to be placed on hold so I forces me to go and place the order in and make me wait...

Strangely mixed experience here. I went here once when it was busier and got my pizza right away. So I went again for lunch on another day, thinking Id have the same experience. No other customers were there, but I had to wait there for about 8 minutes while my pizza cooked. So Im not sure what their goal is or what the name means (the pizzas $5.55, so I guess its that?). The pizza itself is pretty good, but nothing special.

Ive only been to Fast 5 3 times, but I had heard it was good. My friends were right. The sauce is not too sweet, and the service on the large pepperoni or large cheese is fast fast fast. If you want extra cheese, they will start from scratch and we were still out in 10 minutes. Cant wait to try the meat lovers. Price is excellent. I think its better than any chain and any mom & pop that Ive tried. Highly recommend it.

Usually order ahead. This time walked in to order. Customer service is great but watching the guys in the back make pizzas and see they have no gloves... needless to say we didnt get our pizza i was grossed out. I work with food daily and we were gloves for everything! If theyre placing cheese and toppings they should have food safety gloves.

Pizza is good, costumer service is usually good, except on my last visit got really bad costumer service from a couple of girls, I wanted to complain to someone,but I just decided to let it go. Next time I just go to a Pizza place closer to my house .

Got a whole cheese pizza for only $5.50! It was soooo good tons of cheese and good service :) could use a little extra sauce but a million times better than little caesars definitely coming back

The pizza is ok at best. It is what you would expect for a cheap fast pizza. They usually make the pizza beforehand and just leave it heated up.
