I am in town for a few weeks consulting work from San Jose and have been looking for a place to catch the Sharks hockey - they are going for the top spot in the league and a franchise record tonight vs Nashville. My hotel (Ontario Airport Inn) which I wrote a great review for (10/10 value) has this places menu in all the rooms and lobby. So I got off work and called them to see if they could show the SJ vs Nash game for me (its on DirectTV CSN and FSNash) - I asked her to check (like actually bring up the guide and see its on - "Im only coming if you can show this game" I say - she went away for like a minute and came back to say yes! Sweet! I show up and the sports bar is PACKED with people and all the TVs (like 12 of them) are showing basketball or poker. I order a beer after 2 mins standing right at the bar without any acknowledgment from the staff - I actually tap a waitress grabbing drinks "whats the best way to order a beer here" - I realize its busy but maybe they could have more than 1 bartender for 200 people?? I ask for one of the unwatched TVs to be tuned into the SJ game - "oh, only the mgr can do that" - I finally talk to the mgr (a fat slovenly balding man with a stressed out and clueless countenance) and after he comes back he tells me - we cant show the game we DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE CHANNEL ITS ON - but wait a sec I say - you checked when I called! and I know how to online and fix that (you can login to do immediate subs on DTV and Dish) - BLANK DUMB expression - I get the impression his employees are used to this! I talk to him again and get him to tune in DTV 215 (NHL highlights) on one of the crappy old standard def screens (I have a 40 inch HDTV back in the previously mentioned awesome value hotel which I left to come here - and it has the same DTV215!) I drink 3 beers - each one I have to go ask for at the bar since there IS NO SERVICE. At the end I politely wait to talk to the mgr and get him to admit his staff made a mistake telling me to come on down to see the SJ game - I let him know I would love to come back if he could take the 3 beers off my bill - "I cant comp beers" - I let him know I can write bad reviews - "Im sure you can" - and HERE WE ARE :) - I pay the 10.50 bill with $11 cash - I am supposed to get 10% off for showing the bartender my hotel room key - and I mentioned I wanted that deal when I came in - but I guess they forgot that too... DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER GOING HERE - drive to ESPNZONE instead. Fletch PS: I give 1/5 stars because the Bartender was working like a dog and really trying to compensate for how crappy the rest of the experience is here (ironically the google review system gives them 5/5 star no matter what I select)

First, let me start from the beginning which was not so good then I will get to the highlight to celebrate the GM Tabitha of Bostons in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. I placed my order via Eat24 and they stated it would be 45-60 mins for the delivery. That time came and went so I placed a phone call to the restaurant directly and this gentlemen answered and put me hold for 5 mins. I hung up because I was frustrated, and no sooner than I hung up the phone there was a ring of my doorbell. Food was here BUT it was cold, the chicken was one shy of what it was supposed to be, and for the Fish Taco meal the beans were not included. The boneless chicken was very small but since it was for the kids I guess that was okay. I proceeded to re heat the food and was agitated slightly by having to wait and it being cold, and not complete. Made another phone call and this time received the GM (Tabitha) on the phone. I went into explanation of what happened, and she was sooooo understanding and truly a peoples person. Excellent Customer service provided by her solely. She didnt try to rush me off the phone with some excuse, and she understood what I was trying to relay. Im ever so grateful for her and what she does next. She placed a new order for me and told me that she would bring it personally. =) =) Now, I have to say that I havent experienced this type of service before and as the new GM she should really be recognized for her response to me and Im sure to other customers as well!!! She brought us the new order personally, and she was such a delight. Bostons Executives or whomever promoted her did an OUTSTANDING job because she gets it! Tabitha thank you from the bottom of my heart and my childrens stomachs for your understanding and willingness to turn an unhappy customer to an ecstatic one. Youre the GREATEST!!! Had I not have had the experience with Tabitha I wouldve rated this at a 1, but due to the Customer Service I received from her I shall give it a 5 and the food was great the second time around.

We went to the Rancho Cucamonga Boston Pizza for lunch yesterday about 2:00pm. When we arrived there were no signs from the parking lot to the front door on the other side of the building. When we went in, we thought about eating in the bar, but it was pretty packed and chose the restaurant. We were the only ones there at first. We live a few miles from a Boston Pizza in Washington state and have eaten at Boston Pizza for years on vacation trips. The service was marginal, we ordered a momma meata calzone and chicken salad. The calzone tasted like sausage links and ketchup. The salad was ok, but the chicken breast looked more like a chicken strip. You normally get hot peppers and Parmesan cheese with the meal, but not here. It would appear that this Boston Pizza was in it for the sports bar and the restaurant is just something they have to deal with. Would I go back? No way.

Not a good experience. Food was bad and service was not good either. After getting our order we were forgotten....no water.....no food for 40min. The well done spicy burger was extra well done and dry. No flavor and no spicy at all. My wifes buffalo chicken sandwich was overdone and dry and came without fries because they werent done. I ordered a beer from another server and it didnt come until we were.about to leave. Im not a picky person but that was bad. I wish the restaurant well but with service like that it wont last long.

I go here with customers regularly, and have since it opened. The staff in the bar area are great. Some have been really good, but the owner is a jerk. Ive gone here for 3+ years and he never says hi, or thanks. Just glares at you. In speaking with the staff, he yells, threatens and treats the staff like dogs. I would not come here on my own dime. Thanks to an expense account, I love the pizza! Customers and friends love the beef dip, and other dishes, but for me, its the pizza!!!
