Worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant!!! Our party was seated in a timely fashion which was the only decent part. 20+ minutes to take drink orders, 20+ additional minutes to receive said drink orders (mixed drinks tasted watered down as if sitting on bar for a long time), food order taken once drinks were delivered at the 40 minute mark. From that point on we were not checked on once until approximately an hour into experience. When waiter did finally come back to ask if anything was needed, we questioned the amount of time we have been waiting and asked where our food was. His response was not "im sorry, let me check on that for you" as would have been appropriate for the situation, his response was "Are your serious?" Not the worst answer but up there. He then proceeded to argue that my timeline of events was not accurate and my group had not been waiting that long. At this point I cancelled my food order, just mine, as I was unwilling to spend any more money at this establishment. He noted what I had ordered and left. 5 minutes later... still no food but the manager JESSE came over to the table asking what the problem was. I explained that I felt our service had been very lacking and the argumentative nature of his server was very rude. JESSE then proceeded to argue with me about how long weve been waiting. Instead he kept informing me that my food had been in for 11 minutes and kept asking if I really wanted to cancel my order. I responded by saying I cancelled because I was unwilling to pay for any other items at this location. JESSE was very confrontational, not apologetic and ultimately yelled to the table that nobody would be getting any food. I was not looking for anything free just an apology but in the end that was too much to ask for. Nobody from our group will be going to this location ever again.

been here 3 times and all 3 times on boneless Thursdays and the lady Sandy? lesbian looking lady at the bar with a red pix cut has been supper rude all 3 times. The 1st 2 times I thought maybe she was having a bad day or something but I now realize shes just rude to every 1 every day. So this time she sends over some other lady that goes on a rant about how she kicks out Marines! great! so not only are they rude to me and all the other guys at the bar but apparently they miss treat our men of service too. That lady at the bar has taken all the magic out of this place and I wont be back other then to file a complaint with the store manager. I work retail and put up with crap all day from rude people.. I shouldnt have to deal with it when Im the customer. If I acted like her at any job I have ever had Id be fired asap! This lady treats every customer badly.. shes burnt out and should look for a new job as a prison guard or some 1 that tests products on lil animals, it would be a better fit for her

We ordered the 18 piece wings and most of them were uncooked. The meat had a slimy texture to it. Only a couple of the wings were fully cooked, so most of them were left untouched. A complete waste of food and money. When I received my beer there was a bug in my red trolly, and the whole experience really ruined our appetite. The first person we spoke to when we got there was the bartender and she was very rude from the beginning! When I informed her that there was a bug in my drink the first thing she said was who is your server? She said it with an attitude as if its not her problem, instead of just apologizing that there was a bug in my drink and serving me a new one. The bartender said I had to speak to my server. Although the server was not around, and the bartender was not assisting anyone, as there were no customers at the bar. The server was okay besides the couple of eye rolls we received when asking for extra things like plates for our appetizers, ranch for our wings, and water.

Horrible experience, only here for 5 minutes before I realized not only the service was bad and the place was messy. The bathroom was flooded and dirty and all they did was put a wet floor sign down. The server at the front (kaylee) was rude abd didnt want to give is a table. Told us it would take 20 minutes but had 10 tables open in the back and told the manager it was stressful to give us a table back there because then they would have to clean it. Unacceptable. She also said we shouldnt have kids near the bar but was seating people with kids in the bar. She single handily ruined the experience immediately. Had a party of 9 and everyone didnt even want to talk to her again. Our waitress nina seemed nice and was helpful and quick. Just seems like kaylee was lazy and a cancer to the business. Wonder why the reviews are horrible.

Would not allow the ZERO stars I wanted to give it! Worst experience ever. Arrived 1:30 on Tuesday for "Lunch Special". Server took his time bringing water and menus. Took another 20 minutes to take beverage orders. Came back 20 minutes later for the lunch order! By then it was 2:15 and they WOULD NOT HONOR THE SPECIAL!! "Sorry, special is over at 2:00" They knew we were seated well-within the allowable time and did nothing for us. To add insult to injury the food was disgusting. Old, tired wings that had us feeling they were left over from the night before. Perhaps not, as even they could not be this disgusting...suffice to say, they HAD been sitting around. Total bill for each $17! To the owners...you want to make it at K-Scope? Youre doing it ALL wrong! From start to finish its just wrong. Never, ever again!

Literally the worst buffalo wild wings I have ever been to. Expect about a 2 hour trip because it takes them 45 min too cook your food. Employees are rude.. Room wont even bee full and they will tell you its a 30 min wait because its so busy. When literally 3 tables are occupied. We come here every week due to my husbands love for wings and beer. We once sat down waited for freaking ever saw people sit next to us order got their food right away and we still waited. The waiter heard me say something to my husband so she comes over and goes well you got wings.. Im like okay yeah 45 min ago and Wheres our nachos. Everything came out supper cold and beyond soggy nachos. Im over it. Ill drive the extra 15 min to alissa vejo.

I love the buffalo wild wing. i am from Las Vegas and just recently moved to mission viejo. this is a fairly new one but ive been there 3 times and everytime, their service was absolutely terrible! it took them 45 min to bring our food which happened to be a wrong one and after complaint, manager there only gave us a 10% discount. I do not recommend this branch to my friends at all. the restuarant is great but just go to a different location. NOT in crown valley pkwy in mission viejo, california
