USUALLY GOOD AND FAST The secret to fast service? Dont give customers too many choices. I wish other fast food places would follow this example and streamline their menu like In-N-Outs. Be careful not to go after Friday night High School football games because it gets really crowded with no place to sit and very long drive through lines. When I am really hungry Ill order the 3x3 "animal style" with chilis, well done fries also "animal style" and a vanilla shake for dinner. I dont want to eat again until lunch the next day. This location is clean and quick. It took about 7 minutes after placing our order to get our food. Employees are usually friendly and provide excellent service.

Great burgers! They had a line down and out of the parking lot (drive through), and out the door when I arrived. I thought I was going to be there a while but it didnt take more than 5 minutes for me to place my order. Its fast food, so if thats not your thing you wont care for it. Otherwise, this is as good as fast food can get. Be sure to research their "secret" menu before you go, so you know what to order. They have a menu on the wall, but you can mix things up by using their "secret" menu. Its fun and quick. My own personal opinion, and only knock against them, is that their fries are good... But not great.

I order any hamburger or number one, number two, or number three, then i say "animal style with both types of onions". They usually reply fresh onions and grill onions? and i say yes. Then i say coke or ice tea or strawberry milk shake. I pay them. I wait for my food. Then i bite into their hamburger and my brain says thank you Lord Jesus Christ for In and out hamburgers...omg its soo good. Thank you. Thank you. Then i take their fries and shovel it into my mouth...after dipping it in ketchup.

The Service and the Selection of Menu is great after a day rafting, shopping or just in the area. And it isnt a problem or Not Offensive to get a Few Bible Verses to Look up after you get Filled up on Burger fries and a Drink. Such Truth to the good point of Luke 11-Man cannot live by Bread Alone but on every Word. I am Totally Supportive of Faith based Businesses as long as what offer is Good stuff. And frankly many Dont Shove the Faith in your Face like some lead you to think.

The location is busy, much like the store itself, but the employees keep up to pace making sure orders aref made properly and quickly. The only problem I had was the other customers, more specifically the creepy one that felt the need to grunt and snap his teeth like an animal while standing less than a yard from where I enjoyed my meal. I give 4 stars because of the great work of the restaurant, and I probably would have given 5 if it werent for the odd "people" that frequent the location.

Now thats a tasty burger. - jewls. If you have never been to an in n out burger, you need try it. Its fantastic. Fresh fries. Fresh everything. The shakes are thick and tasty. The burgers are so simple and they only ask if you want onions or not. Which is nice. I noticed some people are complaining about the long wait. My advice for that is, get over it. The food is worth the wait. Theres a long line because the food is Hella good. Patience pays in animal style.

Burgers are great and can be (somewhat) customized to your liking. Want four patties plus four slices of cheese on your burger? Order a 4 by 4. The fries are pretty good considering that they peel and cut them at the restaurant versus buying them frozen. Place is usually packed during the lunch rush, so if you want to enjoy a burger around that time, its highly suggested to get there early. Otherwise, youll be waiting for a bit.

Normally never have this problem but I was not happy with my experience. I ordered a cheeseburger plain, it was repeated back to me several times correctly and get home which is away from the location to find they gave me everything. I know I should check but I was driving and had no time. I cannot eat onions and hate the taste of lettuce so now I have an inedible sandwich that was money that I wasted. Not happy.

Nothing ever less than five stars. I think everyone knows this place. Here, the people are awesome and friendly. After 30 years, I finally had one problem with my order, my 5 double doubles had no meat...they somehow didnt put the patties in. I didnt do cover it until I got home, but they took care of me beyond my expectations, so much so that I was hoping they make the same mistake often.

Always a great burger. Always a long drive through line... The fries, definitely the weak link. Normally they are just sort of plain. On this trip, for the first time, they were actually overly salted. Way over salted, to the point that I was unable to eat them. But the vanilla shake and burger is why I visit here anyway. Yum. Best little burger from a chain place ever.

Good as In-N-Outs go. Have had a few wrong orders when going here (more often than I would consider normal). Somewhat hard location to get to with only one entrance and exit bottlenecking traffic, and the drive through is often a long wait. Food is on par and the staff is friendly. Overall, not exceptional, but still worth it.

Foods great, tastes fresher than McDonalds. Most of the people are friendly and dont seem to hate their job. Sometime in the last month, I guess I ordered my food in a confusing manner because the cashier looked at me like I was an idiot and gave me the wrong order after I tried explaining it to them again.

Who doesnt love in n out?! Well i love their fries & animal style cheeseburger with a pink lemonade. I just disliked their drive thru. I waited 20 min just to get to the speaker and another 10 to pay and get my food... Im not sure if they were short on employees or what but the wait was ridiculous.

Always the classic IN N OUT quality of my childhood in So. Cal, when these were only in our old area. The expansion hasnt weakened the taste or excellent people that work there. So nice to take my son and he can experience something from even before my own time, genuine Americana at its finest!

If you enjoy In-N-Out then youll enjoy this spot like any other. Its always busy including the drive-thru as expected. Parking lot is shared with some office space and its a bit of a squeeze to get into the lot. Inside theres plenty of seating with outdoor seating available also. Its alright.

I need gluten free food and In- N -Out does a nice job. You can order your burger protein style and let them know you have a gluten allergy and you should be safe. The fries are gluten free also since they only cook fries in them. I cant remember the last time I got sick from their food.
