""""Apologies in order""" " Today I order lunch from my desk and visit the Zinfandel location to pick up my order. I was greeted by a very friendly young lady (blond) wearing a name tag that read "Steve” She asked me my name ... I provided it. she came back to advise me my order did not go through. I immediately became defensive as I knew I had $7.40 in my acct! I ask if I could just pay for it and leave. She advise me there is a process to follow- and I certainly did not have time for this process. I showed her my bank transaction to confirm the moneys were taken out... Eventually I got so upset I ask for a manager. The manager came over I explained my situation and he clarified for me the ORDER did not come through not the FUNDS he then went to check on why. The manager called a special number and came back to advise me they had nothing for me- he confirmed the location I called I confirmed it was that location and again advised him the name on the order - He went to the pick-up counter... there was my order. He came back over and said the order was under Christina Vickie, I said "Thats why I told them when I first walked in!" I grabbed my order and left the store. I happened to still be on the phone with my daughter (Bluetooth) at the time who immediately said " You never said Christina" I argued with her that I did indeed as I recall when ordering from my office phone they confirmed my co-workers name(base on previous orders) she said "no you did not- I never once heard you say the name Christina until a few seconds ago!" So I owe the manager- and more importantly the female employee with the name tag "Steve" a HUGE APOLOGY- I hope the company reads these post and forwards my apology on to her. Its lunch rush hour so the HABIT was very busy - I will hold off on calling until later this evening - hopefully I will speak to the girl with the name tag "Steve" in person- I really do apologize again - I Hope I did not ruin your day!

Best service Ive had in awhile. We ordered online, but got tied up at work. They offered to remark our whole order because it was cold. Nowadays you dont get service like this very often. We all try to do things easy. Like ordering online. Its quick & easy. You dont have to talk to a person. We can hide behind our screens, run in, pick up our food & back to the computer we go. But when we put down the phone, say hello & have a conversation we can do a small favor that makes a huge difference. Thank you Lucero!! Companies need more employees like you. :)

My Burger tasted bland, like the meat had not been seasoned at all. The veggies tasted fresh and crunchy. I want to try other things on their menu. The restaurant and atmosphere was nice. Our table was dirty when we arrived. The place was practically empty yet our table was dirty . . . I ordered a burger, I cant remember what its called and I cant find it on their menu online but it had avocado on it. If you like avocado then you will probably love it.

I wish I could give them negative stars, came here to have lunch with my hubby this afternoon. First off I went to ladies room and one of the toilets were literally full of fieces and toilet paper. Tables were unwiped then as we are eating our salads my husband find a fly in his salad. The manager didnt say a work to me about it when I brought it to the cashiers attention. They did refund my one salad. Dont go here!! Its disgusting

The Teriyaki Car Burger is amazing and the Burger is just amazing. The shake I just had was Coffee and Mocha. I my goodness it was so good. Ive eaten at In and Out and Wendys and Jack in the box etc..........If you want a nourishing healthy nice juicy burger then check this place out. the regular fries are ok but definitely try the sweet potato fires!

Great food and friendly staff. Very flavorful, My husband and I had a BBQ bacon burger and a teriyaki burger and for typical menu items the burgers and sauces had a unique flavor, the ranch dressing was even mentionably good. About a 8 minute wait for two burgers and fries, 100% worth fresh, cooked-to-order food.

Im not a big burger fan as I grew up on handmade burgers, but the offerings here are pretty good. The food came out fast and the quite was good. I liked that there was a pepper bar and hot sauce to make spicy ketchup. I would definitely return when the burger craving returns.

The hamburger here tastes better than any other fast food hamburger place. However, if you want to substitute onion rings for French fries, you cant do it. You will need to order a separate side of onion rings. Carls Jr lets you substitute.

Its good but one time I went in there dumpster to throw something away. And they just throw their garbage bags on the floor theyre too lazy to open up the dumpster door to make it inside. They should have a little pride in everything they do.

I really like the Habit. This one is busy around lunch time, especially between 12 and 1, so try to come before or after. The food is always fresh and delicious and you are served pretty quick, even when busy.
