Its the best burger...so we dont mind to wait in line a little longer. However, when you order in drive through, pay attention to what you are asked to pay and what is in your receipt. In Pomona location, I was asked to pay $20 and some cents....but when i got home, i found in the food bag the receipt of $17.89 ???? This might be just one case happened with a dishonest server...For our sake, just take a moment to find your receipt to make sure you dont...get robbed.

For me it was ok my family and I order and everything we got was cold and our order took longer then normal it was a simple order as well 4 number 1s grilled onions everything on them 2 number 1s protein wrap animal style grilled onions..so there for I say it was ok ....Hamburg too well done..then normal....

In the drive up line now for 30 minutes (6:pm. Sun) Wish I could have backed out and gone somewhere else. Im sure the burgers will be just as good as the last hundred Ive had at other locations but if there are more than three cars ahead of me next time, Im not stopping here again. ...getting hungry.

The staff here definitely knows how to treat you! I drove up to the window 10 minutes before they closed. Not once did I get that sence that I was on their time as other fast food locations give prior to closing. The food, if you hace never had an In-N-Out allow it to speak for itself.

Hey Ive been going to store #33 since 1984. Although the employees have changed the service and the food remain "high quality" as one would expect from In and Out burger. Most simplest and freshed food to choose from. They do one thing, make the best burgers hands down....what!?

My main complaint is this In-N-Out is beyond slower then every other location. Wake up people we are hungry. Its been over 15 minutes and havent even ordered yet. Looks like everyone called out today. Other then that staff is nice & food quality is normally great!

Initially they got my order wrong but when I called they quickly replaced my order with certificates. I did miss my double double, but its not like ill starve. This is still my favorite location and Ill be going back at least once a week.
