A location occupyied within the heart of Pomona (not a point of compliment), the food variety is standard hodge-podge American & Spanish food a degree below diner quality. There as are very no exceptional menu items, although the food is competent, at least, but the wonderful owners have seen fit to treat customers with a single entry locked bathroom. This feature I find both disgusting and terrible, as should all 21st century civilized human beings, forcing all served to the hassle of handling a filthy, universal bathroom key before washing hands to eat.. requiring they take said filthy tool back to the service counter, forsaking any attempt to rid hands of filth. This is a betrayal of fundamental hygiene, and earns a well deserved single star.

They are open again after being closed for over a year, they did some renovation, the place looks nice and clean, great service, I ordered the chili cheese fries, i ate them but was not satisfied with the taste, its missing something, but I will go back to try other things, In the meantime they get 3 out of 5 after my next trip I might give them more stars.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ there we go. The food deserves 5 stars and the crew deserves 10. Great food, fast, friendly service. Really great bunch of people working there dishing out great food. The burgers, chilly fries (better than "the hat") and chicken salads, are all great. Keep up the good work guys.

The food is just ok but the staff is what gives jt only 2 stars. They are very rude. Also, they will not let you uss the restroom unless you buy something...even if your 8 months pregnant! Ridiculous!

Food is good and the price is right. As many times as Ive been here the place is always super clean. Restrooms are always clean and the staff is super friendly. Golden Ox is a hidden gem.

At the Golden Ox on Mission in Pomona the portions were kid size, the restaurant was dirty, and the owner was rude. What a waste. The other golden Oxs are far better
