We got there after 5pm and no one was waiting, only two tables were occupied. We waited at the door for quite a while, no one bothered to greet us.. Finally someone came and pointed a table let us sit down.. No greetings. Then the senior lady waitress had my tofu seafood bowl sent to the table who came after us, gave me a wrong bowl that I did not order. Overall the staff are very cold and indifferent. I feel sorry to leave almost no tips, for the first time ever, but that way is what the service deserves I reckon.

Great tasting, huge servings (worth the dollar) and family friendly dining room. Until.....you have to change your baby diaper...no changing station. So patrons beware. Its not lawfully required, and staffs are great to accommodate with children/babies needs. Just little disappointing this great place lack some thing pretty common for a family oriented dining experience. Foods & service is good. Theres an opportunity to be better.

I have been to this place once when it was little busy. I looked at the interior of the restaurant. I decided to try it since it looked great (old styled). I really loved the food and the price was little expensive with lots of amount. Quality was excellent. I never expected Korean Restaurants like this with fresh taste. Food came quickly. I will always come back to this place.

DELICIOUS! We ordered the ginseng chicken soup and a side of grilled mackerel (not on the menu) everything was tasty and perfect! Love how Korean Village, it tasted. I think the bad reviews are because people dont know they need to season the soups themselves? LOL make sure to use the salt and season to how you like it! Will be back!

My frist time being at this place felt like I was out of place, there were barely any people coming in to eat. I like the service, the two guys that served food were gentlemens, the service was incredibly fast, the food was prepared fast. I enjoyed eating the spicy beef and the granite rock beef egg rice.

The food is amazing. I kept riding down Santa Rita on my motorcycle and kept smelling something amazing. I finally realized it was this restaurant, and my first meal I tried was their Spicy Chicken. It is phenomenal. This is one of the best restaurants in Pleasanton -- and they take this honor easily.

Absolute best Korean food you will find- without exageration. Ive had Korean food all over the world and this place is my very favorite. The kimchi stew is fantastic, the spicy pork and spicy chicken are addictively good. The rice cake soup is another favorite.

Excellent lunch experience. Went to lunch w 4 other people. We were seated quickly, and food came out fast. All 3 dishes (2 of us ordered the same dish) were very tasty and we felt that it was a place we would definitely goto again!

This is a favorite take out place for our family. Good is always great. Mushroom tofu soup and teriyaki a chicken are our I go tos. The family that owns it is consistently friendly. Highly recommended.

Good place to eat lunch. Very good and extremely consistent food. Great service from a friendly family run restaurant. Quite fast for lunch, can be in and out in under an hour, I recommend stopping by.
