Love, love, love the new Beer Baron in Pleasanton!!! This place is beautifully designed and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. The cocktails are AMAZING! No artificial tasting, overly sweet drinks here, just well made flavorful drinks made with all the good stuff:) My favs are the Juice Joint and the Whiskey Baron, Yummm! Im not a beer drinker but hubby reported that their craft beers were super unique and all delicious. Best of all, they have awesome food. I seriously crave their burger and duck fat fries. Best burger Ive ever had, cooked perfectly. Gotta try this place!!!

I was there on a Tuesday night by myself where there was a bd party going on. Crowd was young, slightly diverse which I assume either students or young professionals. There are plenty of seats including outside seating for smokers. Music was great, beer selection is phenomenal which I went with orange flavored IPA. Theyre one of just a few places open after midnight on a weekday as far as I know. Service stuff and bartenders are friendly. Id definitely go there again.

This is definitely a bright spot for food and drinks in Pleasanton. The food is really good, mostly small plates for sharing, with a few larger plates. It is called Beer Baron, but they have a full bar, and have some really great specialty cocktails. I love the Whisky Baron myself. On Friday and Saturday nights they clear the back area after 9 and have a DJ that places some really fun dance music. Crowd at night tends to run from college kids up through 40s and 50s.

There are a lot of things to love about this place, as a craft brew aficionado. The thing about Beer Baron above all else, though, is that it has an incredible beer selection. I used to frequent a dive bar in DC that went from Brickskeller to Bier Baron over time, and had a similarly amazing range of beers on tap. Life sometimes just looks better through the lens of a frosty mug.

The name is a bit misleading for this little gem. While their beer selection is great, the bar selection does not end there and neither does the decor. Wine and liquor are prominently featured. We also enjoyed delicious burgers and fries with dipping sauces and stellar service. Theres plenty of seating outside in the front and along the side.

They have indoor and outdoor seating. So, enjoy those high temp over the summer or escape them, whichever you prefer. The food here knocked me out! Even the burger was outstanding! And, of course, theres the wide selection of beer to satisfy any palate.

Great selection of whiskeys and presentable as flights too. Very clean, modern aged look and comfortable feel. Heck out the ceiling once youve managed to stop staring at the vast array of bottles behin the bar.

This place came out on fire. The tap selection is solid. Terrific service and food, despite limited kitchen equipment. They were just about to upgrade the kitchen, so I cant wait to see what they do next.

Best selection of craft beer in the east bay. No matter which one to go to Livermore or pleasenton you will find amazing kegs and the whiskey selection is top notch!! Always a good time at Beer Baron!!
