Three of us went to Bawarchi on Saturday night at about 7pm. It was empty. Although I’m kind of leery about going to places that are empty, especially on a Saturday night, we decided to try it. I ordered Spinach Dal which was very tasty. My parter ordered tandoori chicken, which she loved. The other person with us ordered Chicken Curry which she really enjoyed. Included with each dish is rice or naan. Prices were very reasonable, especially when the rice or naan is included. There were a lot of take out customers so that made me feel better since we were the only ones there. But by the time we left there were 3 other parties that came to eat. Next time we will try the lunch buffet. Overall the atmosphere was nice, very colorful. The wait staff was very attentive. I will definitely eat here again.

I wish I can put stars in negative because this place deserve negative 100% . Warm water served in hot day. No ice in water and no service provided. I called the waiter to give us menu so we can decide what to order. He just throw it on table and took verbel order and give me all food wrong. Dinner was waisted. I ask about order and he waiter told me thats what I order. I just left food there. Instead of sorry guy ask me to pay for it. I told me charge me 20$ extra and buy a order book for yourself so next time dont waste dinner for another person. I dont know how health department give them license place was dirty. All the people working at place wearing open sandals . Open sandals or slippers not allowed on food places. I think health department should cancel there license.

Today.. i went to this restaurant.... i ordered for plain Dosa and Mysore Masala Dosa... the batter seems to be more sour.. i wasnt able to eat properly... and the Dosa was sticky to Plate.. and then i was asking for desert.. he said only two items available.. so then i orderd for Gulab jamoon...then when it came. and i was trying to break ... it was like breaking a stone with spoon.. it was so hard... and it was not properly soaked into sweet essence.. Not very tasty.. when i asked them .. they just told that .it was prepared just 3 hours back.. if that is the case.. they would have told to customer that it will not be in position to serve... Really very worst and poor in quality... its not worth for money...

First off, this is one of the worst Indian restaurant ever. Right when you walk in, the tables are dirty and filthy.. The smell is terrible and not the food, but just the atmosphere.. But when I thought that was okay, we came in during a hot day and I mean 95 F... And they gave us HOT water... I mean seriously?HOT WATER?... And the food... The food is too spicy and overly salty... Seriously... Ive tried many Indian food and I love it, but this never come here, if you have the money go spend it on McDonalds....

Even though Im not Indian, the spice and flavor was excellent! The lunch buffet was awesome! It was a great place to go, and I recommend it to people who like spicy food and meat. Everything would have been so good if the service was actually amusing. If that was good, this place would be 5-star from me.

Not a place to go with family especially for dinner. Always see the same guy(owner??) drinking beer with a different group. Always plays loud music form kitchen.Bad service.
