A nice casual place with a TV to catch up on sports news. Quick service. Likes: Seafood Pho has good flavored broth, and aldente noodle, stir fried chow fun with beef so tender. All restaurants that have calamari dishes should try to copy the Simmers way of scoring squids. Fresh spring rolls are fresh, minus peanut dipping sauce which is too sweet, perhaps a light spicy lime-garlic dressing might be better complimentary. Suggestions: a little smile on a server goes a long way in making the place more welcoming, not to mention its ability to increase tip size from some patrons. FYI, a well-poured IPA should have little or no head.

I love eating here for lunch! Every time Im in the area I will stop by and grab something. I tend to be a creature of comfort when the option is available, so I get the fried rice here. You get your choice of 5 different styles of meat to choose from and when it comes out piping hot you will be overwhelmed with the amount of food thats is steaming up your face. Quick casual service and a great staff! I highly recommended this place!

I like this place. In my rotation for lunch during the workweek. Over the Winter Id order Pho. Tasty broth, nice brisket and meatballs. Big win on a rainy day. Lately Ive tried the Bun and was knocked out. Fresh, simple and tasty. Ive found the service to be fairly attentive, but up to expectations for a strip mall based restaurant. Convenient location, easy parking. Have never had to wait for seating.

Simmer used to be 5 stars for me but I feel like the value has waned. Not that they have gotten worse, but the appeal has slowed down. They already feel a bit like a band touring a greatest hits album. The place has a few great items (pho, anything lemongrass, the Stir frys) but after youve had them, theres not really anything notable next

Scrumptious spicy chow fun, delectable Phò broth, some of the best tendons and tripe of any Vietnamese restaurant. Nice reggae music playing at a perfect volume. Not the most affordable restaurant but its close by and fills our hankering for hearty soup and spicy noodles.

By far the best vegetarian pho Ive ever had! Wonderful service. Lovely ambience, not noisy at all. I thought it would be some cheesy strip mall restaurant but the reviews were so good on yelp I decided to try it Glad I did!

Coworkers suggested getting takeout from this place. We ordered the soup/pho and it was so good! The perfect thing on a rainy day. Would definitely reccommend and I will be coming back for dinner to try their other items!

It was soooo good. Very tasty. I got full on the regular size. I ordered the P9. Its a combo pho, brisket, tripe tendon, meatball. Was a little wait for a table but was worth it.
