Tilted Kilt Long Beach is dead. Long live Tilted Kilt Orange! BIRTHDAY MONTH=BIRTHDAY COUPONS=HAPPY RODNEY Free Classic Big Arse burger coupon for email club members Cant pass up a free burger with a view, now can I? I headed to Tilted Kilt in Orange for a leisurely lunch, before my coupon was set to expire. After a quick drive on the 91 & 5 freeways, I was at Tilted Kilt in no time. Classic Big Arse burger (lettuce-wrapped)- A 1/2 lb patty cooked to preference (medium-rare for me), tomatoes, onions, pickles - the usual stuff. The patty was deliciously juicy. The bamboo skewers in the middle helped hold everything together. The portions on the Big Arse burger were just right for me. I had my choice of side, and decided upon something on the healthy side - steamed broccoli. Dipped in Tabasco sauce, it was satisfactory. Unbeknownst to me, my attendant Jessica, had all the girls gather round and sing Tilted Kilts birthday song to me, presenting me with a complimentary vanilla ice cream, drizzled with chocolate and a cherry on top. Trying to maintain some semblance of health-consciousness with the steamed broccoli, I guess it lightened the blow from the decadent ice cream. Hey, my birthday only comes once a year! Service was good. My soda water w/ lime was flat, so Jessica had one of the staff change out the CO2 tanks, as they were empty. After that, it was bubbly bliss from then on out. The bartender let me sample their Longboard beer & Strongbow cider in, surprisingly, large glasses. They were just enough for me, as Im not a regular drinker. Plenty of seating via tables, high chairs & at the bar. Al fresco tables available, too. I prefer keeping cool with the A/C, so indoors it was for me. Parking is in a private lot, with Starbucks & Lazy Dog sharing the same spots, among other businesses. Tilted Kilt is conveniently located within a short distance from the Honda Center & Angels Stadium. Ah, Tilted Kilt, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways.....Ive always enjoyed the scant visits that Ive been to Tilted Kilt. Long Beach, and now Orange. My free birthday month Big Arse burger was delicious, and the unexpected vanilla ice cream was such a generous & much appreciated gesture. Jessica made my experience pleasant, and even sat with me a few times to shoot the breeze. The woman tending bar had me email the pics I took of her, and all the Tilted Kilt girls I asked to take pics of happily obliged me. I enjoyed my lunch here & had no complaints when it comes the food, to go along with the service. Highly recommend! NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM

Snooty bartender tried to ignore me. Asked the guy right next to me if he was ok while never acknowledging my new face with a simple hello. Then she takes an order from 3 guys that came in after me on the other side of the guy next to me, and delivers their drinks and proceeds to take a new guys order that came in next to me on my other side until I cut in and asked, "is this your section too that Im in?" She says, "yes" like shes annoyed and I told her that I would like a Sculpin then, and made a comment about her selective bartending. I was told $8.50 at first, I gave her $10 cash cause I wasnt committing to a second drink after begging for the first over priced beer. She comes back with a dollar and no receipt and tells me that it ended up being $9.00. Wtf? Then the manager comes strolling through the bar and she doesnt speak. The other bartender comes around; she seemed to be mute also. If youre into places with weak management, cute young girls half dressed with no personality, a weak food menu and over priced drinks then this is the place for you. The view and prices would be worth it with the right staff, but Im not feeling it. Tilted you get jilted. Ive given this place enough attempts and Im proud to say Im never coming back. Giving one star was too much. Its one thing to be rude and stuck up as a patron, but that attitude needs to be checked at the door before you clock in. I have no patience for it, so... ...Youre fired!

Great place 2 watch sports games because theres TV s literally everywhere you look on practically every wall thats there. Foods pretty good too & decently priced. Waitresses are walking around in sexy red irish themed attire which helps improve the scenery a bit. ;-) Pub pretzels: 3.5 stars Very soft & yummy but a little on the greasy side. Fish & chips: 4 stars Batter to fish ratio is low which is great but a bit greasy. chips yummy but in the skimpy side, they need to put more chips in the baskets. Service: B- (Good at the beginning but slowed down towards the end). Food: B+ Atmosphere: A (great place to hang out & watch games with your friends). =) Overall, this place beats Hooters as place to watch any games that you like to watch =)

If you want to watch a game, you wont find another place in the area with as many TVs and every seat (including outside) has a good view. If youre into objectifying scantily clad women you can scratch that itch here as well, though there are better places for that in the area. Food selection is decent for bar food - quality is good but not great. Drink selection is good. Facilities seem to be clean and well maintained. Service is hit and miss but mostly miss in my experience. Ive had better luck with service at the bar than at the tables, but even that is no guarantee of attentive service. To be fair, Ive had exceptional service here. But it has been the exception to the rule.

Overall, this is a pretty decent place if you like having pretty girls, who are dressed sexy, walking around and serving you. Its a cross between Hooters and a bikini bar. They have a full menu and drinks. There are plenty of TVs to watch just about any sporting event. It seems that they are relying on you coming in for the eye candy and some sports because they dont have a ton of drinks like some bars/restaurants. And not great happy hour deals. This particular one seems to have average service (Ive only been 3 times). Ive been to several other ones across the country and the girls have been more personable. Theyll sit at your table while taking your order and chat a bit.

Srv was very slow & the pizza was made wrong. Additionally our server was very friendly which I feel she thought her kindness would cover her lack of attention to my requests of the orders :(( Her attempts to want me to accept addtl charges, which I finally spoke up & said "No" was the epitomy of my dissatisfaction. The look on her face when I said "No" to the extra charge for the stale chips was the whole value of what the bill was :)) The Tortilla chips were old :(( !! Spinach dip was good. However, the Thai Wings were very tasty. Pizza bread was okay at best. Overall Im dissatisfied with the $80, including the tip I spent for my night.

I was dissapointed with this location after visiting the Chino location which got 5" Here there were 4 females and 1 male on duty at the bar, I wanted lunch, we were ignored for 10 minutes whilst the entire staff petted a dog someone had brought in. After that they continued their conversation in the far corner of the bar until the male came over and asked us what we would like to drink. Asked for some drinks and a menu but he forgot about us and went back over to the corner and continued his private conversation with staff, very very unprofessional. Left having been unable to get served.
